My arthritis in my fingertips is really bad and is in the middle of a flare up. It never once occurred to me that exercise could help. The few things you mentioned have already helped relieve some pain. Especially the opposite pressure on the bone. thank you!!!

so, good to hear that are not a 'simple trick' but a stretch. Nowadays, more and more people suffer from various types of pain that doctors cannot diagnose. In my experience, the main reason is lack of movement. Our body is made for movement, for simple exercises to strengthen and stretch muscles. Therein lies the secret.

Wow, this worked, I had pain when gripping one finger with my thumb, I tried these methods and the pain was gone easily, I was surprised, thank you guys!

As someone who works on a rail yard using different tools and using my hands ALOT! I come home with hand pain often. This vid helped a lot appreciate the insight!

Thank you! I have so much arthritis pain in my left thumb sometimes I wonder if I broke it and can't remember doing it. I tried the manipulation exercises and it does feel better. I'm going to do the hot and cold water thing tomorrow.

I did Medical transcription for about 20 years And I’ve been doing medical coding for a few years now. Using An ergonomic split keyboard and an ergonomic and mouse have been very helpful. But for the last year or so I’ve had a lot of pain at the base of my thumb and just recently started having pain of my right ring finger. It’s not joint pain but it’s between the PIP and the MCP. Ran across your video tonight and followed along with the exercises. Feeling better already so I will keep doing the exercises. Thank you so much!

I had a flareup of trigger finger about six months ago from trying to do a pull up… I watch your video some months back and I have been doing the exercises and it finally is resolving… Doesn’t lock up that much, but still a little bit swollen and painful…

My hand is still stiff in the morning from surgery over a year ago.This was a great reminder of what I can be doing to help myself. Thanks for ALL your videos - you’re the best! Went to Amazon to find the infrared pad - do you have one you recommend? Thanks in advance for your response.

It is all about moving and stretching muscles in your hand. I had few clients with arthritis in hand and simple stretches are the best.

I have limited scleroderma and hand osteoarthritis. I appreciate those exercises. My hands hurt most of the time so will be using those techniques. Maybe not the cold water because of Raynauds.

Thank you, thank you! My hand is hurting like crazy. The tip of my thumb feel like it's been burnt. My forefinger is extremely stiff and my middle finger just feels weird. It doesn't feel real. I will definitely try these exercises.

My fingers give me problems every now and then but only one at a time and sometimes my thumb. I'll go to use my hand and suddenly severe pain in the joint. I usually make a homemade brace to keep the finger from bending until the pain stops which sometimes is a week or more. For the last 3 days my middle fingers middle joint has been very painful, then I just watched your video and did what you said to do and WOW no more pain!! I can't believe how easy this was and the result, thank you so very much!!! :)

First of all i would like to thank B&B for their videos which are very informative and helpful. I was suffering from back pain, so i had to stop Weight Training. Now i recovered from back pain doing strechings and exercise suggested by them. Now i am doing weight training (heavy). But somehow both of Thumbs 👍 are stiffened. Hope these exercises will help but i am worried if its Thumb Arthritis. Please advise!

My husband also has Dupuytren’s Contracture . He had the injection to break up the scar tissue (which didn't work) and surgery a year later. He's now one year post surgery and the results are better. But it's a discouraging, now affecting his other hand. An affliction that can be hard to treat.

I have that type of breakage in my hand and I where my baby finger is and when it rain my hand hurts so bad they took the metal out of it a year later because I figured that the metal was going to make it hurt we have the metals out and when it rain I cannot do nothing with my hand so painful

Magnesium chloride (oil formulation to spray on painful areas) was the beginning of a new life for me. I didn´t know I was magnesium depleted and I woke up each and every morning with finger and hand pain/stiffness. Tried different forms of magnesium (don´t buy magnesium oxide, because it´s very poorly absorbed). The combination of both magnesium glycinate (tablets) and magnesium chloride (transdermal oil) did wonders for me. Magnesium is really magical.

I have swelling and severe pain in my hands, not-for-profit warm water will help and massage. The doctor gave me norco, but I think that it gets worse. Is there something you recommend for pain?
