@@makeda.andrews I am so grateful KZfaq suggested one of your videos a few months ago. Over the last few months of transitioning into a leadership position within my department at work, your content has helped me so much with understanding the changes I had to make within myself before even diving into lead a team. 7 months in I am leading a group of 12 in the states as well as leading 2 off shore BPO's. This has been a wild ride so far and I am super excited to see what's to come! Again, Thank you for everything you are doing, you are impacting so many lives with your content :)
