Thank you so much Sunny, so helpful!🙌 my topic would be based on own experience struggled to get to my dream job and changed so many times and therefore had hundreds of interviews before finding the right one, mastered skill as job seeker... and now as I am head of recruitment, I expertized on the other side of the coin, hence why I exactly know what both candidate & recruiter might go through to thrive. I also realized I need to write down the cost not just monetarily but mentally, physically and emotionally. ALSO, I used to think my program met safety needs but those are not my ica clients. thanks for the insights, here is what I came up with: I (or Our courses) help fathers who are fed up arguing with their kids, go from feeling ignored, frustrated, angry and not even liking their kids to feeling empowered, respected, and obeyed with a proven behavior model that allows them to enjoy their children by reclaiming their authority and gaining their children’s cooperation and respect.

Me on the phone with your team before I joined AA asking about randomly picking a course and going for it. And them “hmm no, don’t do that” 😂 glad I enrolled in AA instead! My ideas back then are nothing close to what I found my clients are wanting!

I come from the old school philosophies of internet marketing (when the Internet was young) There was a lot of emphasis on building relationships. Then most people blogged and we were told that you had to give away a LOT of free content so people learned to trust you and eventually they would buy. How does this fit with your ideas that you don't have to spend a ton of time marketing? How do strangers come to trust you enough to buy your courses?

Hey Julia, I whole heartedly believe in building relationships. I just want you to build those relationships with the exact right person who is looking for your solution. When you speak directly to them you don't need to put out a ton of content because the content you do put out is so meaningful and powerful it inspires them. And, once they start working with you or start being inspired by your content they will tell others who are like them and the flywheel starts to spin!

Your first step is to test both ideas! We recommend researching both to see which option feels the most aligned for you.

Very helpful. What if there is already competition? Sometimes it might be hard to compete with them if they have been doing for this for years. The only thing I can think of is to standout. I was thinking of making online course of passive income like a laundromat or vending machines. There are people already doing this. Do you think it'll be hard to get an audience if I'm new vs a person who is already well established?

When you identify your one specific person, who is at one specific stage in their journey, looking for one specific transformation and start creating content that appeals directly to them ... you will attract the right people to you and it won't matter how many other people are out there doing the same thing

I just launched a course and have 10 sales. I help UX boot camp grads write resumes and cover letters that get interviews. Struggling with pricing but it’s currently at $99. I want to be confident to charge $500 one day. Problem is the equation is hard to calculate because the cost isn’t as tangible… people in this scenario not landing interviews are not spending money on solutions, they are defeated emotionally and they just lack the income from the potential career they wish to have. 🤔

Hey Anna - I would work more on drilling that down if I were you. Which women? What are they struggling with? Why is it urgent for them to find a solution to their struggle? What does freedom, meaning and purpose mean to them? Those are buzz words in the coaching industry but, what do they actually mean to your ideal client? Are they women who were stay at home moms and now their husband has left them and they're lost? Are they 50+ women who have been laid off and want to make their second act more powerful? There's a lot you can do with your original description of women looking for freedom, meaning and purpose.

It means living a miserable life because you settle , you don't take your life in your hands, you don't give yourself a possibility to be happier and fulfilled and to live life with no regrets. What about if your children have grown up and you feel like you don't a purpose anymore? You feel lost, and useless. My fear is that if they are a stay home mum they might not be able to afford coaching, if they have just been laid off neither... don't know.🙏🙏🤔 I would really appreciate your opinion

My topic is child (baby, toddler, preschooler) language development. I take parents and caregivers through it all step by step, not by having their baby watching videos. It seems that most of the videos on this topic are cute and slick, not really informative. How can I attract the parents and caregivers (preschools, etc.) who really need this great information?

I would start out by networking with parents and figure out where the parents are on their journey who you can really help. For instance, are they parents who want their child to learn language sooner for communications? Or, are they parents who have children who are speech delayed and need some support and methods they can use at home? Or, are they in a completely different place in their journey? You need to find one single person, at one single place in their journey, looking for one single transformation and meet them where they are

First I'm going to do more market research to find out what my ideal client really wants. Then I'll ask for a consultation and will most likely take the AA course. I love your videos and your help!!!
