after teaching for 3 years as an ALT...I couldn't agree more. Some big aspects of the job are being communicative, social, and supportive. communicative with their plans and your own, social with your coworkers for good rapport, and supportive in tasks both related to to teaching English or unrelated like raking leaves outside.

5 great tips man! Spot on too. Just going that extra mile can have a tremendous effect on if the other teachers like you. And as a kindergarten teacher here myself I can highly recommend it. You have your own classes and getting to see the kids everyday really let’s you bond.
