I enjoy watching Swiety's well-coordinated arm and leg movement. She makes maximum use of her upper body. Sprinting truly is a whole-body exercise and Swiety demonstrates this very well. She is my favorite 400m runner.

Justyna Święty-Ersetic is very popular in Poland. She really deserves this popularity. By the way, the French Floria Gueï defeated Justyna in Belgrade in 2017 at the European Indoor Championships in the 400m race . But already in 4X400m relay Justyna with the Polish team defeated her and the french team and got gold. Even after that Justina was very successful and won more gold medals.

Your comment contains some incorrect information. 1. In 2018 Floria was also faster than Justyna at the Athletics World Cup. 2. "Later Justyna defeated the French Floria Gueïim again and again". Where? They have not competed against each other since 2018. At least in the individual 400m. For various reasons. BTW: If Justyna is VERY popular what about Robert Lewandowski or even Kamil Stoch?😃

The Polish women are beautiful, humble women and beautiful runners, always do well. They are very formidable as are the Polish mens 4x400m relay teams.

This is some of the highest level of performances I've viewed, but I may suggest a way to increase performance. Their outfits, they wear, create friction with the air and slow them down. It would be helpful, to their performance, if they could reduce the surface area of their outfits as to decrease the air friction as they run. I would recommend that they minimize their current outfits by wearing smaller and more skin tight clothing. Most of them keep tugging and pulling down on their outfits - this is a clear indication that their clothing is currently too big and too baggy.

Things are not so simple as you think. 1.Ewa is 5 years younger than Justyna. 2.The Polish 4x400m team is much stronger than the 4x100m team. In other words Justyna would not have been so successful without her teammates (Hołub, Baumgart, Wyciszkiewicz, Kiełbasińska, Kaczmarek etc.). Most of Święty's medals came in the 4x400m relay.

This channel belongs to the European Athletics. So they present only events that were organized by the European Athletics. Yokohama is not located in Europe, the World Athletics Relays is not organized by he European Athletics. 🙂
