Hello Everyone! I reduced my expenses significantly in 2017, by buying a tiny condo (no mortgage) and not carrying any other debt. I saved a large portion of my income, and in 2023 I retired. My cost of living is very low, and my savings including cash, IRA, 401k, and eventually social security, will cover me including travel! I do plan to start house sitting in 2025. I may work for my spiritual community for pay someday, but I have no plans to return to a regular 9 to 5. I volunteer a lot now with my spiritual center, which helps to keep my brain active and my soul in a harmonious place.

I'm finishing up my 1+ year in Australia on a 6 week sit. I'm paying for mine with Social Security, insurance money from an accident, small income investments and credit cards where needed. Having the health to travel is the most important thing for me.

You may want to consider going to Bali for spiritual healing. It’s an overrated tourist trap, not very clean, and the energy is more commercial and consumeristic. There are other places in Indonesia where you would receive more healing energies.

Hello 👋 Stephane I hope you’re doing great today! I just want to make a comment on having a beard as a Black woman, I have a full on beard as well. It started when I was really young and now I am a number of years older than you. I tried everything to cover or stop the hair from growing nothing worked. I do use a little makeup and shave once or twice a week. It is what it is I heard something about women who grow excessive hair have something that helps them fight cancer. I read that in a medical journal somewhere. So I started being okay with my facial hair! Just my 2 cents lol 😂!!!1

I Dont have any $$$ ..im behind on bills..i put in my 2wk notice to quit my job and i really dont know where im going!! My blood pressure is high..im not on medications. I go to my dr this week...i just need to relax.stress is not going to kill me!!

Hi all! Question: I'm VERY risk-averse, and the thought of taking a sabbatical makes me nervous mainly because the job market is so bad, I don't know if I'd be able to find another job for years once my sabbatical was done. I work in tech and I'm employed, but I've been trying to get a new job for years already and I've had no luck. How do you all get past that specific type of fear? (I have zero faith that my job would be waiting for me when I got back.)
