Can you explain how the back arm works in the swing? Is it like a throwing motion? Does the elbow tuck or is the back hand ahead of the elbow or does it tuck about the same time? Tough to find a video with good enough quality to tell. I will try and find some videos of MLB guys taking back arm swings off the tee and see if I can tell there I guess. By the way great video! What are the secrets to driving the ball the other way knocking down walls not just flaring or slicing balls that way? I can do it but it's hard for me to tell someone how to do it? Seems natural for some awkward for others.

Hey Matt, just wondering if you can make a video on infield throws with no momentum, as I see a lot of guys field tough back hand plays close to the outfield grass, and from there they just throw the ball without any footwork going towards first base, however when I try this it’s an incredibly weak and uncomfortable throw for me to make. I wanted to see a video with your thoughts on when to make this play, and the mechanics behind it.
