feel a lot of overlap with what youre talking about with the class and the creative coaching I take. these things arent forced upon us so the best way to stay "up" even on "off" days is to remember that we are in it to better ourselves 🖤

Thanks for sharing. I’m going through a similar training but it’s to become a Mindfulness and Meditation coach so spot on w what you’re sharing. I’m mainly going through the training for my own self healing and to share w others. It’s something liberating about knowing that we are the cause of our suffering. The idea of coaching another person makes me uncomfortable at the moment bc so many people would rather live in the state of victimhood.

Thanks for your comment. Here is my view: As teachers, we can't force anyone to stop identifying with victimhood; that is a leap that the individual must take on their own once ready. However, many many people are ready to make this leap, and they need guidance and reassurance! I know I did (and often still do). In these instances, we have the opportunity to help in a very direct way! For anyone who is not ready to make this leap, we can still teach them indirectly, non-forcefully, by simply living our truth.
