Hahahah I wish man! A bit of extra cash would be lovely! Also I appreciate the view! In respect to your comment, If me being favorable means I enjoy the machine, then yes. But it does have a good number of bugs that can be very frustrating/disappointing/almost funny. I have had to spend a good many hours bug fixing and it has been quite frustrating, this thing does have issues. But hopefully, they will address the issues one by one over the coming years through patches

@@seankellymurray I have a ditto as well, very good little stomp boxes, well built and easy to use. Honestly, if you are doing majority Guitar recording then i would stick mostly with the Ditto, it serves its purpose quite well. The MK2 is powerful, but you really have to get into MIDI to use it with feet properly. Happy looping to you! I wish many good tunes on you!

You can create a starter patch to achieve that. Just set up all your effects banks the way you like them, and write it without any audio recorded. You can then use it and save it to a different patch number when you are finished

Yes, especially if you play an instrument. I use a boss fs2 to trigger record on track 4 and 5. It's a simple 2 channel switch that uses the ctrl function in the pedal. Now if you are talking midi, that's a different story. Not sure how it is as my midi experience is rather limited. There are a couple wildcards with people using devices for midi control so maybe check out their channels for a bit more advice on that. Thanks for the view my friend! Happy looping!

Sorry for the delay, didn't see your comment until now. The compressor is called "dynamics" on the mk2, my bad for not pointing that out and thanks for pointing it out. Being for beginners, I should have stated that! For the eq, it should have 4 bands, not 2 . Are you using an external eq? If it is just low and high gain, that is usable but a bit more limiting

I think you can but I'm not sure. There are some routing options which may allow you to set a given input to bypass the input fx. I'm gonna mess around with it a bit later if I remember, if i learn anything I will let you know!

@@thepoofster2251 hey I actually figured it out! Even you’re in an effect you have to click the left arrow and the last knob controls “input” and you can select all, mic, inst 1 or inst 2.
