I analyse my 50m Fly race from the AP Race Masters Swimming Grand Prix which took place on Saturday 9th March at the Sunderland Aquatics Centre.
My time was 32.59 but, what did I do well on in this race and where could I improve?

I think your head tosses around too much while fly should focus on keeping your head somewhat still. It looks like you’re coming up to breath but you don’t seem to be breathing, which slows you down.

@@DavidWestcough oh alright. I’m just too used to breathing every 2/3 I couldn’t tell if you were breathing nor not. Good luck man!

I think way too much undulation, it looks like you are putting a lot of force into swimming upwards. I would try to stay more flat and think about putting all the force into pulling you forwards. Not everyone is built to have a Phelps fly, I try to be more like Sarah sjostrom, more flat with high rate.
