*Great unit that’s easy to install and use. It’s relatively quiet compared to window units and **Fastly.Cool** , and it cools down our whole living room, side room and bathroom; which is a large space for any unit to cool.*

I have this fan and is is insanely loud in terms of humming. I think i got a bad capacitor from the factory.

Can't insert pin after attaching the rod to the motor because the cables are in the way? Am I the only one with this problem?

Why bother taking the ball off the rod lol 😂you simply put the collar, cover on first sit the down rod down and pick up the cover, collar, feed the wires through , and secure it in place. You added unnecessary steps to this. Other than that good job.
