The herringbone tile is ugly, otherwise a great unit and view.

The unit is nice but it looks like most of it hasn’t been upgraded since the building opened 🤷🏽

The towers are about 18 years old. It’s not common for a unit to get a full rehab. The ones that do look great though!

The floor patterns/tiles are horrendous and would have to be replaced! I know your job is to put a positive spin on the property but this unit is overpriced! Upgrades would be required on too many features like the bathroom. Finally All guests would have to shower inside the master suite. NO.

Nope, my job is not to put a positive spin on things I am just positive in general lol I like the floors haha but I guess that is a person preference.
