This is an edited version of a recent Public Holiday morning ride along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. This workout can easily be fitted into an hour (along with some faffing around). It fills the missing gap in our range of different length workout videos from 25 to 60 minutes. Two sets, the first with long efforts over a minute and a half. The second set starts with similar long efforts which then get shorter near the end. It's got a generic "creative commons license" soundtrack, so put your own music on if you don't like it! J'ai visionné des centaines de vidéos, de loin, l'équipe CTXCvideos offre les meilleures vidéos pour s’entraîner efficacement et durablement et surtout sans s'ennuyer, pas de bla bla bla, pas de commentaires débiles, pas de phrases stériles, .... Juste une super musique, sur un tempo rythmé sur les accélérations et les récupérations, .... Le tout chronométré et orchestré par un visuel qui remplace dignement n'importe quel coach. A great video and training aid. With its longer intervals I find this your most challenging video but I always feel a sense of satisfaction when I’ve completed it. Thank you and keep’em coming!

I own a Tacx trainer for five years now but I had never enjoyed it. I had never used it for longer than 30 minutes. With this video I finally could enjoy it. It's way more fun that you have kinda the feeling of riding in a pack. At least it feels like not being alone while you can still train in winter season :-)

Thanks God, I'm alive! Dislike for unbalanced training program. I had felt my headblooding at the edge! Warming up is too short for so hard and very long efforts. In the end, when you increase difficulty, and strength go down, my cadence go down to 80 rpm on 6th effort! Recovery's rpm optimal is 90 and in turbo training (sprint) it should be 105+ bpm. This program does not working on stand trainer with transmission gear 52/14 and optimal tire load pressure, like in another training programs.

Greetings from Syracuse, NY and I am so glad I discovered this group! As a 30yr employee at Hamilton College, I saw the "H" on the back of a jersey (at 21:20 in the video). This workout is ok but the scenery is boring same and the featured cyclist don’t seem to be at level 5 intensity. Be great to have some hills climbing snd descending thrown in once in awhile and see some interesting landscape. Global Cycling Network has some good indoor testing workouts. There you workout with pros. That’s fun for a change.
