how to test Repair LED strip in in 32 inch LED tv, it consists of 2 LED strips ad each strip have 6 LEDs. both strips are in series. i explained how to test this it using digital multimeter specially when we dont have LED backlight tester. so without led tester we can use multimeter, 3.6 volt battery or 9 volt battery or using a regulated power supply. and we can replace strip or we can repair individual led

Another beautiful DIY tutorial. I would love to convert my old LCD screen that uses CCFLs which are impossible to find, to Led backlighting. However, suitable Led strips are also hard to locate. May I humbly request for your expert advice? Thank you for the good work.

best regards yes we can replace led 2835 3volt or 2835 6 volt watt rating depends on the led strip 1, 2 or 3 watt and we can use existing lense

It will vary from country to country As in Pakistan price of 3 LED strips for 32 inch Samsung tv is just 4$ But same atrips here in Jordan are for 19$ Add minimum 2x time service charges in actual price For example 19 + 38 = 57$

yes that is doable but soldering is not much effective on these aluminium strips, as these strips cool down the soldering iron, by this technique it makes best soldering without damaging the mounting and LED structure it is very cheap and very very useful

it is very difficult to put back the led.. there is very narrow space between the led terminals and it get shorted very easily

it is much more useful technique because the aluminium strip dissipate the heat from the soldering iron and hot air gun but this method produces a quick and large heat to the stip and the LED remains safe and this method works excellently

it depends on the color temperature of LED. most of the time it is 1 Watt MP-3030-2200-27-80 is 2700K MP-3030-2200-65-80 is 6500K these have 150 mA

I just went on a painful journey of testing and un soldering leds from a old TV backlight just for the screen not to work it was my fault thankfully it was a cheap TV I've had sitting in my closet for years I just wasted about 8 hours 😂
