Thank you!! I was quite alarmed when I saw the very high B+ voltages especially at it was over the capacitor rating. Your video gave me the confidence to proceed. B+ drops below 475 after tubes pull it down on startup.

Great series of videos on this, but....you might want to insulate the speaker load resistor solder joints a little more

You should get a chassis stand! There's a couple companies that make really nice ones!

ALL THE RESISTORS IN MY KIT WERE OFF TOLORANCE BY 10%.

IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE PUTTING THE NEUTRAL SIDE OF THE AC TO THE SWITCH. THAT SHOULD NOT BE. YOU SHOULD SWITCH THE HOT WIRE ALWAYS AND LET THE NEUTRAL TIE TO THE NEUTRAL SIDE OF THE TRANSFORMER. AND YES I KNOW THE TRANSFORMER REALLY HAS NOT POLARITY.
