I have a broken heart! It is effecting me day and night. The tears won't stop. I have accepted he does not want me for more than sex and i deserve better than that. i gave him 10 years of my life and i'm done. I want freedom to look forward to my future with peace and joy! I FULLY EMBRACE MY HURT, PAIN, MY MISTAKES AND MY CIRCUMSTANCE! I WILL THRIVE!

Focus on your agenda , visions and goals. It outweighs the pain.

Don’t analyze your pain, it’s not logical. Don’t socialize pain, the streets don’t need to know. Predators are signaled.

Acknowledge, except, let go, forgive, and move on

I have literally been binge watching Pastor Blake for 3 weeks. If I am not at work, I am listening. They are helping me.

Heartbroken from so many things.. just want to heal. So tired of trusting the wrong people, just want God to heal it.. can't do this anymore

1. Do not trivilize your pain. Do not put on a happy face when in reality you are crushed. To trivilize yout pain is to deny yourself the cleansing that aknowlegment brings. There is no healing in a LIE. If you deny or trivilize your pain you will be emotionally stuck. If you do that, you develop a tolerance for abuse and you will repeat it. Do not expect a healing from an abuser, it won't come and it has no power to heal you. Remember that the abuser intentionally works that you trivilize your pain. 2. Do not memorialise the pain. Do not build a monument to this pain. Do not let your soul rot, release the past, press toward your future. Pain is involontary, but healing is intentional. Put a pressure on your conciouseness to leave a grave of history. 3. Do not prioritize your pain. Do not make your pain your main focus. You have to give your life HIGHER focus, new vision for your life. 4. Do not analyse your pain because you can never understand another man's heart and mind. When a affliction has no sense, the broken heart makes itself a cause, it is easier than live with un-answered questions. 5. Do not socialize your pain. When you do that, you signal predators. It is like a blood in water for sharks. The broken heart pain has to be processed privately or in a closed circle.

Broken hearts take time to heal. My broken heart came from my Dad and ever man after has broken my heart. That's why I believe healing is necessary.

I've been hurt so much to point I'm angry and bitter. I want to love again when I'm whole. I don't want to mess a good man up because I'm not ready.

LET GO & TRUST GOD Trust in God through your pain. then the understanding will come. Only if you stick with God. If God always give us understanding for what he is doing or allowing in our life then we wouldn't need faith or we would never change. PAIN HAS ITS PURPOSE God doesn’t enjoy letting us hurt. He is a loving God who wants the best for each of us. He allows trials and suffering to occur in our lives for one purpose only-because it’s sometimes through the difficulties and the pain that He can take and shape us into the best we can be. just trust the process and forgive and keep pressing. So don't focus on the why. focus on God, Because he's the only one that can give us rest in peace through your pain. God is going to use your pain and the hurts you go through not to set you back but to fuel you forward. So the key is to ,let go, let God, forgive yourself, forgive others and work on self. Then understanding will come. Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose

My Life Is About To Be Amazing!

14:25 We think our closure is in the person that broke us, coming back to fix us. But this won't happen - and they usually arent qualified to heal or fix us anyways. Our closure is going to be in being able to acknowledge what we've gone through, feel it, process it, release the person who did that to you and move forward emotionally.

Do men ever look at themselves like this....do they get soul ties???? Can they just move on to the next woman and be a blessing to her? I'm struggling right now with this soul tie.....and ruminating over the good things.....but my pain is horrible!!! I hurt. He sure walked away like I was nothing....absolutely nothing.

I am healing from being the other woman. After listening to your Father Daughter Talks, I finally found the courage to break away from a 6 year affair with a married man. Yes, but enough is enough. It's bad enough that we allow others to hurt us (narcissistic abuse) but to carry on the hurt and pain is another hurt that just gets deeper. We must feel the pain in order to begin the healing. The healing comes from accepting the pain as a GIFT of WOKE. It will bring you forward. Do not trivialize the pain from a broken heart. Staying with a narcissist was the tolerating of the pain and denying it brought you to the broken heart (which was already breaking while taking the abuse.)

When you socialize your pain you're giving your enemies the tools to destroy you emotionally #GuardYourHeart

Moving forward with the lessons. I'm healed, saved, & whole keeping my eyes fixed on Him because He's made my life path. Hallelujah

This is sooo good...The pain has been tremendous I kept wanting my ex husband to really really love me and to keep all his promises...There is no logic or sense as to why someone who promised to love you won't but continued to attack me instead...I finally had to just accept that he just won't and lied...I had to stop feeding into it by fighting with him through texts...I had to stop and tell him I would no longer read his texts or text him as he continued to be disrespectful...It hurts but there is no choice...I must survive...

Tht type of pain hurts like nobody's business! A deep pain tht wont go away easily. Thts why we need to be careful of who we allow in our lives.

This talk blew my mind especially your statement: "The person who hurt is probably the least qualified to help heal you." How I wish I had read this four years ago when I discovered, by accident, my husband's almost two year affair - emotional and physical. It would have changed my whole approach to this event and trajectory. But no matter... I learned the hard way that he can't really help heal me... as much as he'd like to (well, eventually he did.... at first he was happy to help blame and let me take the blame). I learned a lot about myself and him through asking for his help. Finally I realized it was not going to lead to any healing for me, him and us to ask him for help. Asking God to heal me... going to Al Anon meetings and prayer and friends and family have been much more healing ... Time and God ... Time passing and leaning on God and remembering "Rejection is (often) God's protection." Thank you, thank you for this phenomenal talk Rev. RC Blakes. Bless you.

My dad named me Elizabeth from the bible and my mom named me Cheri after her . My dad got saved when I was In my mother's womb and I remembered hearing him hollering out loud praising the lord. I could remember hearing my dad praying and praising the lord speaking to the lord in tongues. I remember GOD speaking to me in my mother's womb. I remember GOD and preparing me for my future existence and what my purpose here on earth is. Again I had another personal visit and conversation with the lord when I was in the hospital Pregnant in my tube. I was heartbroken. I was in surgery I was put to sleep but during surgery I ended up in Heaven talking to King and watching the flowers swaying back and forth singing praises unto the lord. He was given me I struction before he sent back and I cried and cried and cried cried so much and so hard as I was drifting back to my hospital bed the nurse was waking me up and I was hollering outloud as I was sobbing "My King" nooooo... My King My King nooooo I dont want to go back I want to stay here with you I don't wanna go back...please I do wanna go....My King My King My King.........these where my exact words as I was being awaking by the nurse and sent back by My King Jesus...the same day with a broken heart the lord needed me and I needed him .being pregnant in my tube was hard for me and heart broken. I saw that my sister in Christ Jesus needed me. The lord told me to get off the phone while my hospital bed for me to read psalms 91 all the way through and start praying and praising the lord. As I was instructed to do so I proceeded to walk out the room the Sista was in cardiac arrest the Doctor was pumping her heart trying to bring her back alive. The lord told me to go to the nurses station and tell her husband that I She is going to be alright The battle from death is already been defeated. So I did what the lord instructed me to do. The wife was fine once we walked back into the room. The activity stop and she started breathing. She later asked to speak to me and said she saw herself standing over her body and watching the Doctor in action as she heard me on the other side of the room praying and praising the lord. I knew even then that GOD is with me. Before birth back then when I visited heaven crying to stay and until right now this very moment. King Jesus is the reason I live. Amen!@ I Bless the lord at all time his praise shall continue be in my mouth. ..In Jesus holy mighty name Amen Thank you Jesus. .As I gotten older in my late 20's I remember hearing the lord tell me that I'm a Queen and I should start living as one I needed to live like I'm Royalty because King Jesus died for my sins and we came from Royalty Heavenly Place is Royal ...I am Lord of Lords and King of Kings. As I heard the Lord Jesus speak those word to me. I carry myself as though I am Queen Elizabeth Cheri Smith now even though my birth certificate doesn't say Queen Elizabeth Cheri...in the Spiritual Kingdom GOD said it is so. I am A Queen. I knew so much so long ago I now carry myself as a Queen that I am and was called to be a Queen in the spiritual realm also here on earth. I came across you video 6months ago I believe it's been that long or maybe longer. GOD is Bless and he is our father in Heaven I Bless GOD Elohim and I Bless King Jesus he is the reason that I live and have a New Heart and delivered from soul tie. Gm Pastor Blake’s! I was dating a gentleman for a few months,we started out as friends for a year and eventually started dating. Everything thing seemed absolutely right. But as time went on, he revealed to me that he was born a female. My spirit fought and wouldn’t let me have peace as I was trying to process this, because I thought it was a joke. He even asked me does it bother me that he was born a woman! It absolutely does!!! I ended that quick fast and a hurry!!! I’d rather lay alone than having the wrong spirit laying beside me🙏

I so needed to hear this word. I left my abuser and I feel very broken on today. After being physically and verbally abused I finally got up the strength and nerve to call the police and my abuser is guilting me for him being in jail. Im ready to accept my part in this. Ready for my healing. And I do feel the Lord near me at this time.

This is the third time I’ve watched this video. Found it 3 days ago. I get more out of it each time. I don’t have adequate words to express my gratitude for this wise counsel.
