Miracle gro???? The old trainers here in the EU called this the french press since forever. It's an exercise old as weightlifting itself. Love the channel, but you didn't invent that:P P.S on the sidenote will definitely be using it next session, totally forgot about it!

Dude Arnold and the guys at Golds were doing that waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day. Go watch pumping Iron and youll see it.

@@stanthemanhall, They did this exercise when Arnold was not even born. What do you think weightlifting is and was the first opening discipline of modern day olympic games. Hence over 100 years old, but yes, we agree this is an old movment.

Those miracle pullovers are what even mark rippetoe recommends instead of the normal skull crushers. I even saw elite Javelin Throwers doing these😅😅 They are an amazing exercise ngl

Sir, You're an exceptional strength coach, however, what you call miracle grow, body builders did that movement regularly during the late 1960's through the late 1980's, Lee Haney, Chris Dickerson, Phil Hill, Robbie Robinson, Arnold S, Sergio Olivia, Franco Columbo, many of the old school body builders used this exact moment, as well as stiff arm pull over. No disrespect Sir you are among the rare few I watch because you are exceptional, but that miracle grow movement was being done in Eastern Block Countries before I was born and I'm 61, By the way you're an excellent Presenter.....Sincerely, Charles W Dick Jr Former CSCS ( 18 years )

Thank you. Glad you found it helpful. If you find a SECURE elevated flat space like a table, let your legs hang and swing back like you would in a reverse hyper. The flat surface needs to be secure so you don't break anything. Hope that helps 💪
