Fatigue: sometimes Pale skin: yes Irregular heartbeat: not sure Cold hands and feet: always, not a time where I don’t have cold hands and feet. Dizziness: often Chest pain: yes (rn it hurts when I breathe in, or sneeze.) Is that a sign of anemia? I plan on going to the doctor, but I don’t really want to go if there isn’t anything wrong with me.

Try having a blood test. I had a blood test recently and it turns out i'm anemic. It explained a LOT.

I watched this after getting a blood test done to see if I am anemic just to see if I have any of the symptoms, and it surprised when I realized I show every symptom. Thank you for posting this. I'll keep this in mind until I get the results back

Is hypothyroidism related to hemoglobin and low iron. Which one affects what? And why is my thyroid levels fluctuates rapidly , like from 7.7 to 2.7 to 3.9 within 2 weeks of thyronom medication and hemo globin supplements .

Meet a doc. Mostly they'll ask for a blood test but meet them. I'm anemic, was given tablets and a syrup, and most of it went away in 2 days or less

Ma'am doctor gave me iron tablet 2 strips. How long should I consume it ? I have the same symptoms. Some times chest pain make me so nervous I use to think may be I'm suffering from heart problem. But I guess I'm wrong. I have cheekup a month ago in starting of October and the result is mild anemia and other test are normal . I took x Ray and heart cheekup .ecg I guess Today I went for walking and I m feeling the fast heartbeat ,fatigue and chest pain. Please suggest me.

I had all of these symptoms and after 7 years of complaining and getting worse, I finally was diagnosed with pernicious anemia. I was never "anemic" according to bloodwork. I did have mild macrocytosis. My b12 level was never low but it wasn't getting into my cells. I was using a wheelchair when I was finally diagnosed.

So true...My haemoglobin was 13 but I was having iron deficit anemia Have felt all these symptoms...So one should go for CBC and then for iron profile ,ferratin levels if they are experiencing these symptoms for treatment.

@@blossomooo Hi...Iron was infused initially then I took oral iron supplements to maintain and now when my levels are normal then I take iron rich diet and moringa powder . Somtimes your B12 is the reason which is causing you anemia.So first get your B12 checked and treat accordingly.As vegetarian my b12 was quite low .

I have just barely started researching anemia because yesterday I fainted and ended up going to the doctor and he drew my blood and brought up it could be anemia (we will know for sure in a few days) but after researching some of the signs of anemia it would make sense if I have it

When I was a kid I use to always faint but I would fight it so it ends up looking like I was having a seizure, I haven’t fainted in years since but I remember how it used to to happen almost daily, I really should have told my parents
