100% agree. Moved to Red Deer 2 years ago. Top 5s have Red Deer listed for crime. I have felt safest here with my family then the last 10 years in the lower mainland! The stats are just petty crimes and domestic disturbances this came from a couple RCMP officers I've met here since we moved. Love it here, super family friendly, your videos were a huge selling factor for us to come here, thank you! No regrets.

Thanks for giving little summary about Lethbridge. Topography if Lethrbdige looks like Kamloops dry and yellowy grass. Its beautoful in its own way though but I prefer greenery.

Great content. I think the developers of this city designed it for at least 200,000 people in other videos i've noticed empty parking lots, very less traffic. Most likely I will visit this summer for 2-3 days to see in person. I am loving what Ms. Smith is doing selecting children gender is the parent's choice. This is where I would like to raise my children where parents will have a say until kids are adults. In Ontario schools are f&&cked up

i have lived here for 15 years, crime is pretty bad, there are pretty seedy areas.. crime might be little better in the last 5 years from what it was but homeless is on the rise for sure

Ok you where pretty much bang on i spent 29 years of my life in rd but last couple years moved to ontario st catharines to be exact but ya i wanna move back do you find people rental propertys or just sales

Just sales here! Landlords dont use realtors in alberta to rent out their properties. You will deal with them directly or the property managment company they have hired! Thanks for the comment.

What is condo life like there in Red Deer? we are planning on moving there in 2025 and visiting there in summer of 24 to look around and look at some condos or maybe some smaller duplex's so any advice would be appreciated.

Condo life is alright ! Not like the big city obviously but here condos can be apartments , row townhouses duplexes etc. When most from out of province think condo they think apartments . Townhouses etc can also be fee simple ie) not condos

100% in agreement. Am from Kenya 🇰🇪, i visited Alberta, Canada & lived in Red Deer for about 6 months, i loved the place. Its location in between Edmonton & Calgary eased my visits to either sides furthest being Banff National Park & Fort Saskatchewan.
