To all who are complaining of making idli unhealthy : Yes idli is a very healthy bfast, but whenever we have extra idlis remaining after bfast, we toss them later in the evening and have with tea/coffee. Tossed idli is amazing and is still healthier than Chips, Bhujia or other packed snacks. Above experiments he shared can create new dishes,new street food (westerners experiment with their food so should we). I still love plain idli but tossed idli is my second favorite

It's not only food receipe, it's like musical journey, the way u prepare all such fabulous items , it's like we r sitting in a concert n watching u is a great experience every time
