Hello Shef, I am from Aurangabad, Maharashtra. At our place we cook puranpoli almost for every festival. It's one of my most favourite recipes. My Dadi taught me this recipe. Katachi Aamti & Rice is my weak point! It tests awesome.🤤You did the exact process with perfection. It's awesome to see Perfect Puranpoli made by non-Maharashtrian person in such a great way.! While making puran instead of using 1cup of Jaggry( Gud) we use half cup of Jaggry(gud) & half cup of Sugar. It tests superficial.🤤 you should try it once, and i am sure you will love it. 😊 Waiting for next recipe. All the best. 👍 @YourFoodLab.
