1. Apple Sauce 苹果酱
• 500g apple 500克苹果
• 10g lemon juice 10克柠檬汁
• 30g sugar 30克糖
1. Add all ingredients加入所有材料, 9min/100 °C/SP1
2. Puree 20sec/SP5 打成泥 20秒/速度5
2. Lemon Curd 柠檬酱
• 3 lemon zest 3粒柠檬皮
• 200g sugar 200克糖
• 3 whole eggs 3粒全蛋
• 2 egg yolks 2粒蛋黄
• 140g lemon juice 140克柠檬汁
• 80g butter 80克牛油
• 15g corn starch 15克玉米粉
1. Add lemon zest and sugar, mill 15sec/SP10 加入柠檬皮和糖，磨15秒/速度10
2. Add the rest of the ingredient, 12min/60°C /SP3 加入其余的材料，12分钟/60度/速度3
3. Strawberry Jam 草莓酱
• 500g strawberries 500克草莓
• 210g sugar 210克糖
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 1茶匙香草膏
• 10g lemon juice 10克柠檬汁
• 20g cornstarch +20g water, mixed 20克玉米粉+20克水, 混合
1. Add all ingredients, 10min/100°C /SP2 加入草莓,糖,香草膏,柠檬汁 10分/100 °C/速度2
2. Add cornstarch water, 10min/100°C /SP2 加入20克玉米粉+20克水 10分/100 °C/速度2
3. Puree 20sec/SP5 打成泥 20秒/速度5
4. Vanilla Custard 香草奶油馅
• 3 eggs 3粒鸡蛋
• 180g sugar 180克糖
• 5 tbsp corn starch 5汤匙玉米粉
• 2 tsp vanilla bean paste 2茶匙香草膏
• 660g milk 660克牛奶
1. Add all eggs and sugar, 20sec/SP4 加入鸡蛋和糖20秒/速度4
2. Add corn starch, vanilla bean paste and milk, 7min/80°C /SP4 加入玉米粉,香草膏,牛奶 7分/80 °C/速度4
5. Gula Melaka Kaya 椰糖咖央酱
• 160g gula melaka 160克椰糖
• 3 eggs+ 2 egg yolks 3粒鸡蛋和2粒蛋黄
• 180g coconut cream 180克椰奶
• 3 pandan leaves 3 片斑斓叶
1. Add gula melaka, turbo 2sec twice 加入椰糖, turbo 2秒/两次
2. Add all eggs 30sec/SP3 加入所有的鸡蛋 30秒/速度3
3. Insert butterfly 插入蝴蝶棒
4. 180g coconut cream and 3 pandan leaves, 45min/98°C/SP2 加入椰奶和斑斓叶 45分/98度/速度2
6. Hazelnut Chocolate 榛果可可酱
When we were shooting the last video, I wanted to use the store-bought Nutella but my daughter stopped me as she felt that it is too sweet and too sticky to be inserted into the Bomboloni. So, we tried diluting it with Vanilla Custard and it worked. Everyone that tried it find it light and easy to eat.
