RAGI POORI WITH POTATO MASALA INGREDIENTS: ( measurement for 4 person)
RAGI POORI INGREDIENTS:
Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Rava - 1tbsp
Salt ( as per taste)
water (as per requirement)
POTATO MASALA INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Bengal gram Dal - 1/2tbsp
Garlic - 5
Green chill- 4
Curry leaf -10
Onion - 1 medium
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Boiled potato - 3 big
water - 1/2glass
Coriander leaf - 2 tbsp
MUSHROOM BIRYANI INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 3tbsp
Ghee - 1tbsp
Bay leaf-2
Rock Flower - 1
Cloves- 3
Star Anise -1
Cinnamon-1
Cardamom-2
Green chill - 4
Onion- 1 big
Tomato- 1 medium
Salt (as per taste)
Ginger Garlic paste- 1tbsp
Mint leaf- hand full
Mushroom - 1 pack
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chill Powder- 1tbsp
Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tbsp
Water - 2 big gls
Jeera Rice - 1 big gls
Lemon - 1/2
INDIAN STYLE MACARONI PASTA INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 3tbsp
Butter - 1 cube size
Garlic - 6
Green chill- 3
Onion - 1 big
Capsicum -1medium
Carrot - 1medium
Tomato -1 small
Salt ( as per taste)
Red Chill Powder- 1tbsp
Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tbsp
Origano- 1/2 tbsp
Red Chill Flakes- 1/2 tbsp
Pepper Powder- 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup- 2tbsp
Soya sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Fresh cream- 1tbsp
Macaroni- 1 1/2 big size Glass
SMILEY DOSA RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Dosa batter (as per requirement)
Carrot (cut into small circle and smiley share)
you can use any vegetable for this
PANEER FRIED RICE RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Panner - 150 grm
Oil - 3 tbsp
Garlic- 5
Onion- 1 big
Capsicum- 1 medium
Carrot- 1 big
Green peas- 1 cup full
Boiled Basmati rice - 1 big glass
Pepper Powder- 1tbsp
Soya Sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar- 1/2 tbsp
Salt (as per taste)
CURRY LEAF RICE RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Ghee - 2tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2tsp
Urad Dal-1/2 tbsp
Bengal gram Dal- 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1
Curry leaf- 10
Salt (as per taste)
Dry Red Chill - 2
Curry leaf podi - 2tbsp
Boiled rice - 1 cup for 1 person
