Get Ready for Takeoff with These Pre-Flight Exercises! ✈️💪
🦶 Walking on Heels: Strengthen your lower legs and improve balance. Walk on your heels for 30 seconds.
🦶 Walking on Toes: Engage your calves and improve stability. Walk on your toes for 30 seconds.
🙆‍♂️ Side Stretch : Stretch those sides and improve flexibility. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds each side. Repeat 3 to 4 times.
🔄 Spine Rotation (Side to Side): Keep your back flexible and mobile. Rotate gently side to side 10 times.
🦵 Quad Stretch: Stretch your thighs for better leg comfort. Hold each side for 15 to 30 seconds. 3 to 4 reps
🦵 Hamstring Stretch: Loosen up your hamstrings for a comfy flight. Hold each side for 15 to 30 seconds.3 to 4 reps.
