As for how many days and times to do this workout, it really depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. Generally, it is recommended to do moderate to high intensity workouts like this 3-5 times a week, with at least one day of rest in between. However, it is important to listen to your body and not overdo it. You can start with 3 days a week and gradually increase as you feel comfortable. ​@@body-nowIn general, I really like face exercises and I can see the result immediately after the exercise. I tense my facial muscles strongly during exercise. For example, during the kiss exercise or during the smile exercise that are in your video😊

Hola soy nueva en canal y pienso comenzar hacer rutina con su canal ,muy profesional su trabajo muchísimas gracias 😊 por tan valioso aporte. Soy delgada no quiero rebajar al contrario necesito masa muscular y tonificar mi cuerpo, que ejercicios me recomiendas y cuales suplementos debe de tomar??

Hola todas la bellas damas de este canal y su producción exekente trabajo muchas gracias soy nueva por el canal y estoy un poco confundida cuando dice repetición de 20 a 30" eso significa que debo repetir ese mismo ejercicio 40 veces??

En cuanto a su pregunta, repetir de 20 a 30 veces significa que debe hacer ese ejercicio un total de 20 a 30 veces, no necesariamente 40. Por ejemplo, si se indica hacer 3 series de 20 repeticiones, significa que debe hacer el ejercicio 20 veces, descansar, y repetirlo dos veces más para completar las 3 series.
