"Design is about the ability to lead other people to the right answer and to get them to adopt it. It's not about leading people in terms of the organization. Design is about communicating and articulating your idea in such a way that you bring followers along." --LOVE IT

A lot of wisdom shared from Phil. I felt that I was able to grasp a better understanding of not only how IBM uses design for the greater good of their company, but how design can be used in virtually any company, anywhere!

What a great podcast and an idea for a series guys! Absolutely looking forward catching up on what I've missed so far and what's to come. On a totally unrelated note, any chance you'd be able to share the name of the intro/outro track?

Great talk, #6: IBM Head of Design, Phil Gilbert, wields $100M and 1,300 designers to bring design back to IBM, I shared it on LinkedIn. Quite a few of my connections are part of the A11y community. Do you have a transcript [for people using Braille refresh keyboards] or a closed captioned [not auto-captioned] version of this interview available?

great video, is there a way for teams to learn IBM design thinking ? for instance Cooper has an Udemy course that we bought about their own version of design thinking , is there like an official course for IBM's? I am starting a company and we're interested in adopting design thinking from the start, so thats why im so interested in a good course or guide for this.
