Күн бұрын

Welcome to episode eight of the Man Bun Monthly series. So just to catch you up, if you're brand new, I'm Thomas, and this is my man bun series where we share our man bun tips and tricks. And we're pretty much just exploring the man bun and how you can make yours look the best it can.
Before we get into this post, if you are interested in helping me raise money for cancer research during no shave november, you can put your donations here: no-shave.org/member/thomasina...
Any donations are well appreciated. I’ve only managed to raise 50% of my goal so far so I’m a little bummed but I guess some is better than none.
Now, this video today is one of the most exciting ones that I think I could bring out for this man bun series.
What I'm going to be covering is six mandatory man bun accessories that I believe every man bun wearer should have in their arsenal, just because it helps tidy it up a little bit.
And I wouldn't be anywhere without the man bun accessories that I'm going to be talking about today. So I think, without further ado, let's get into it.
Also, if you are joining here at episode eight, make sure you go back and watch every single other episode, because there's been some pretty cool ones.
We've looked at:
Different Types of Man Buns - • ✅ 10 Different Man Bun...
Fake Man Buns - • ✅ Testing Weird Clip i...
The Perfect Man Bun Length - • ✅ The Perfect Man Bun ...
Undercut Man Buns vs Full Man Buns - • ✅ Undercut Man Bun vs ...
Man bun whatever, you name it, we got it. And I'm always after more suggestions, so if you have more suggestions after watching this video, leave them in the comments.
And remember to give this video a thumbs up if you liked it, 'cause it always helps me out.
Thank you so much for coming back and watching this episode of the Man Bun Monthly series.
And I will see you next month for our next episode, which will be episode nine... I don't even know how many episodes I'm going to be doing of this, it's when I run out of ideas, you know?
That's it, see you later guys! Have a great day!

Hey Thomas I really hope you can help me out ! I've been growing out my hair for about 5 months now and it's hitting the awkward phase. My hair is quite thin and light and I can't seem to make it hang. It gets better a few days after I shampoo it since it gets greasy and heavier but it looks horrible right after I shampoo it ! I was thinking of trying natural shampoo to keep my hair oils thus making it heavier and manageable (?) Would you recommend that and if so, what shampoo ? Thank you for your time !! :-)

Have you ever tried using coil hair ties before? I find them really good for reducing tension on my scalp especially if I’m wearing my hair up for long periods of time, and also, because of their structure they kind of automatically lock your bun in place. I would highly recommend them....but I have honestly been tempted by the longhairs ties for quite some time now. What do you think I should do?

The hair accessories that I use are: 1. The elastic hair ties. And indeed the ones without a metal piece on them because it catches on to my hair. I also slap 2 hair ties on my wrist as reserve and wear those like a bracelet. 2. The beard trimmer. I do have sideburns and I use the beard trimmer to style them up. 3. The wide tooth comb. I have and use several combs actually, but I do pref the wide tooth comb. It can also be used it combination with the beard trimmer to style sideburns because wide tooth combs can withstand the rattling of the beard trimmer a lot better then the fine tooth combs. I have not yet used it for head massages, but after watching your video I think I give it a try xD. 4. Conditioner Still in search for the perfect conditioner for my hair, so I use a different one every month. The accessories that I don't use, but plan on using are: 1. The Bobby Pins. I do indeed have those little hairs that stick down the back, like you told about in your video. I always thought that those things were only used by girls, but after watching your video I think I am going to give it a shot and at least stick one or two of those pins in my pocket or wallet to keep them with me. 2. A holding product. Actually just something to tame my flyaways down. So I am definitely going to try out that Pomade or another similar product.

My first goal is to get to a man bun. I don’t know if Thomas has done a video on this as I am new to this channel, hence why I’m commenting this.. but keep reading please. So I don’t know how many inches of hair I have but my bangs pretty much cover my eyes right now and are somewhat close to reaching the end of my nose. Idk if that helps give you an idea of what I’m working with but yeah. Any tips on how I can grow my hair faster? My hair is thick and actually grows kinda fast on its own (everyone in my family says that; my aunt was a hairdresser and she said that it grows faster too). But I want see more progress as I’m anxious and really want longer hair. But I’m trying to be patient haha. Any tips would be very much appreciated, thank you so much.
