I’m going to do this for a month and I’ll come back each day day 1: I was already dying by the 3rd minute day 2: I was dying again but it went by quicker day 3: definitely getting easier but still really hard day 4: still dying and I had to do it at a friends house day 5: was really hard but getting better!! (I missed 3 days so I did 3 today) day 6: after doing it 3 times it got easy day 7: it’s getting kind of easy! day 8: definitely easier but still getting there! day 9: I took a break for a few days because I was running races (I did really good btw!) but I’m back day 10: it’s getting easier day 11: I took some days off but now I’m back and it’s hard again but I’ll get there day 12: a little hard but it was refreshing! day 13: getting used to it! day 14: I forgot to say how it’s been worked no but it’s working really well! there’s already a big difference! the workout also makes me feel like productive you know day 15: it’s getting easier day 16: I felt great while doing it! day 17: it felt good and I’m a little over half way! day 18: I don’t why but I was super sore today but I still finished! day 19: I was still sore it was from tumbling but I feel good! day 20: I was gone for most of the day doing nothing so the workout felt good day 21: while I was doing the workout today I felt like wow this feels like I’m doing nothing have i really gained anything, but I looked back to the first few days and realized how much easier the workout has gotten, and I have abs now! It just takes patience day 22: did it and felt good day 23: an update, I can notice my abs really well and the workout has gotten so easy! I recommend doing this workout for a month day 24: felt the same as the last few days, I still feel a small burn but not to bad and it’s working ! day 25: same as the other days felt good! day 26: I was kind of bloated so this burned but it felt good day 27: I was super sore today from tumbling all day and cross country started yesterday day 28: same as the other days!! day 29: did it with a friend and felt good!! also 3 more days yay day 30: I had to do it with my hair down and it was so hard day 31: my last day!! I 100% recommend doing this workout, it’s only 6 minutes a day and it got so easy over the month!! I’ve gotten very noticeable abs, and I feel so much stronger! I won’t keep updating but i will keep doing these ab workouts and branch onto other new ones (6/10/21)

It was so crazy hard in the beginning but it got easier over time and I could feel myself getting stronger!! Keep going everyone because if you push yourself (to a healthy extent) you can do anything!!! I can do it with better form and no breaks and I am just so grateful! If you feel your neck hurting then you're doing it all wrong. Your neck should only be supported. You're not working it out. All the focus should be on the stomach muscles. Put all your energy into moving your ab muscles and your neck should remain relatively still. You shouldn't feel the strain half as much if you use mind to muscle. My neck used to hurt at first until I properly learned to shift my focus onto my abs. It sounds strange and like it doesn't work but it does❤️

I had a similar problem a year ago, but what actually helped me was an ab activation warm up. I did it after full body warm ups, and it made it easier for me to use my abs more because I've "woken" them up. Fast forward to now I fully engaged my core and abs. The ab activation tip I used was from Jeff Cavalier. You should try it.

I am trying to do this workout every day for a month I started on 16.11.2022 I’m mainly writing this to keep myself motivated and so I don’t quit, but if you still want to read it feel free to… Day 1 (16.11.): I did it (I’m actually writing this one day too late, but I did the workout that day) but it was really hard Day 2 (17.11.): Done, but I did short breaks in between of some of the exercises (in fact I did it twice today because I was way too motivated to do sport lmao) Day 3 (18.11.): I started doing this today before school, but had to stop and run to still catch the bus, so I did it again after school and it was painful Day 4 (19.11.): Done, but I really had to force myself to do this, everything hurts😅 Day 5 (20.11.): I did it, all I want is a rest day😭 Day 6: (21.11.): done, I don’t wanna do this anymore Day 7: (22.11.): Done, look at that beautiful date Day 8: (23.11.): Done, I can actually see a difference already which is making me happy Day 9: (24.11.): Done, but starfish crunch is still killing me every time Day 10 a (25.11.): Rest day, because I have a tournament tomorrow and I don’t want my abs to be hurting all the time Day 10 b (26.11.): I won a first price at the tournament and also did the workout Day 11 (27.11.): Done Day 12 (28.11.): Done, why am I doing this to myself? Day 13 (29.11.): Done, I realized that I’m actually getting better as I need less brakes and can do the starfish crunch cleaner Day 14 (30.11.): I barely needed brakes during the workout and I was sweating soo much😅 (ok I was wearing a hoodie but still…) Day 15 (01.12.): I did half of the workout but couldn’t continue. I had zero energy and was just so incredibly tired… Day 16 (02.12.): I’m sick so I didn’t work out today Day 16 (03.12.): still sick … Day 16 (12.12.): I’m back Day 17 (13.12.): I’ve finally reached day 17🎉 Day 18 (14.12.): Done Day 19 (15.12.): Done Day 20 (16.12.): A month has passed and I haven’t reached my goal (= doing this for 30 days in a row)… I did the workout today though Day 21 (17.12.): Done. Now let’s do some stretching because I want to finally get my splits… Day 22 (18.12.):Done. Plus I added an extra challenge which is that I have to stretch every day so that hopefully I will get my splits still this year Day 23 (19.12.): Done 🎉(workout+stretching) Day 24 (20.12.): Done Day 25 (21.12.): my whole body hurts because I did too much sport yesterday… I did my workout and stretching though Day 26 (22.12.): Done Day 27 (23.12.): I did it Day 28 a (24.12.): Merry Christmas everyone! Today is a rest day Day 28 b (25.12.): unfortunately today is no rest day so I did both my workout and stretching Day 29 (26.12.): Done. I think I should add a lower+side ab workout… Day 30 (27.12.): I did it! I reached my goal! Ngl it was hard sometimes to still work out even though I was tired as hell but I still did. I’m kind of proud of myself now and I will continue to work out. I also did a 10 min lower abs workout today.

So proud of you! Do you follow any diet and do you do any workouts besides this one? Cos if not then I'd recommend you at least cardio (+ stretching) because 5 minutes a day (of only ab workout! your entire body is important, not only abs!) isn't enough, unfortunately.

@@xailly Thank You:) I’m not doing any diets but I am doing taekwondo twice a week (2.5-4.5 hours in total) which also trains the whole body. Also i’m going to add an extra training challenge apart from this one and my split-challenge starting on the first of 2023 plus I want to start free running again in the holidays but right now I’m too stressed with school etc. to do it

Oh... it was just brutal abdominal muscle training! Even if the time is short, I like it because it feels good for my abs. It's good to be able to do it even on days when you're tired from work!

I GOT AN AB CRACK!!! I’ve been doing this workout for abt a month or two usually everyday but at least 3 times a week! It shows great results but starfish crunches will never be less brutal

guys i would DEFINITELY recommend this workout 100%!! i have done it everyday once for about a week now and i can see differences already. my stomach is FLAT!! i am so happy pamela you are so amazing and thank you so much for all the effort you put in these workouts. i am going to do this for another week and I’ll update after on here xx UPDATE: sorry guys it’s been 3 weeks and i completely forgot to update. this workout is fire! by the end of the second week my stomach was not only tight but also flat. this week is the start of the 4th week and i am starting to notice my side abs (obliques) which is encouraging me to keep going! i am now adding in her 10 min six pack workout as well!

Hi guys you have to remember we all have different bodies, different postures, and strength levels therefore not all ab exercises will work for everybody sometimes you may have to modify how you position your body to feel and get the best out of the exercise, pilates is what I recommend for core work Pilates is better for recovering after an injury as well , and improving posture, you're welcome to try out my pilates workouts if you wish

I have amazing proof that this will skyrocket your core strength. I had previously been using the book convict conditioning and progressed to doing hanging straight leg raises (hang from a bar, lift your legs 90 degrees, slowly lower). I stopped for a month and replaced my ab workout with this exercise for a month instead. Then I went back to my leg raises and I could suddenly do hanging straight V raises easily (similar but lift your legs past 90 and up to head level) AND I can do several in a row. I was shocked. I can't believe how well this short 6min 30 sec work out strengthens the core. Thank you Pam. It is mind blowing how well this gets your core strong fast.

I discovered this video like 4 years ago and struggled with it at that moment. After like 3 years after, changing home workouts for going regularly to the gym, and feeling bad for my increasing body fat, I tried it again to start from the roots, and I can say it was much easier than back then, but still burning. Doing this everyday for about one or two weeks Day one: ✅ no results, starfish is hard asf Day two: ✅ no results, starfish still hard asf Day three: ✅ might be tonight at the front but still fat on the side profile, starfish also still hard asf Day four: ✅ really proud I did this today because I’m usually always unmotivated but yeah, starfish still hard asf Okay I’m going to be honest here, I always expect to wake up with a perfect body in the morning like all of us probably do but sadly that never happens, I can’t stay motivated because I go to such a dark space when I workout and it reminded me of when I used to cry every time I hate as If I almost felt bad that I was eating.. I hope you guys do way better at this challenge then me and have an awesome life 💖

Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 3 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

I've seen someone else doing it so I'm gonna do it too for some motivation. My goal: doing this workout for a whole month and updating you each day how it's going:) day 1: breathing heavily rn because it was really hard but I did it day 2: absolutely done - did some other workouts + this one and it was SO hard and had to take multiple breaks day 3: forgot to write something so I’m adding it a day later but I did the workout and I’m starting to notice that I kind of memorised the exercises by now haha but still hard tho day 4: did it day 5: my neck is dying during every single workout but still did it day 6: finished today’s workout day 7: day 8: skipped today, felt like my body needs to rest:) day 9: doneeeee day 10: did several workouts today cause I felt motivated todayy on day 11 I woke up incredibly sick so obv I stopped working out but today (day 18) I can finally continueee day 11: after more than week not working out it was really hard, especially my neck hurts sooo bad See u tomorrow:D

I’m going to do this workout every day for at least 2 weeks. Along with some other workouts. I’ll let you know how it goes💕 Day 1✨super hard, definitely felt it in my core and it was hard to keep my legs straight. I had to make a few of the moves easier but I got through it without to many breaks Day 2✨Still pretty hard only took 1 break but I had to modify a few moves. Still hard keeping my legs straight. I felt like the first few moves (up until flutter kicks) were already getting easier. 💕 Day 3✨I did it!!!! I had to modify a few minutes but I made it through without stopping. The starfish things hurt so bad. I’m gonna go do it again and I’ll let you know how that goes. 💕 Day 3 part 2✨That was sooooo hard. I only took a couple of short breaks. But I had to modify a few moves still. I’m probably going to regret this tomorrow. Oh well💕 Day 4✨Today was pretty rough. I was super unmotivated (girls will know what I mean❤️) but I did it anyway. I took quite a few breaks and modified quite a few moves. I definitely did not push myself as hard as I usually do. I’m starting to feel a lot more comfortable doing the workout. I also don’t feel or look as bloated after I eat. Hopefully tomorrow will be better💕 Day 5✨I love this workout. It’s so hard but hurts so bad. And it makes me feel so much better throughout the day. I can definitely feel the differences in my abs as I’m doing the workout and it’s gotten a lot easier. Today I only modified starfish crunches and Russian twists. You should definitely try this workout. Day 6✨ Today was harder than it usually was and even though I feel like I didn’t push myself as hard on some moves. I feel like I tried to not modify moves that I normally do. I definitely don’t get as bloated as I did before I started this workout. I did it right after dinner and low key started throwing up in my mouth. I don’t think I’m going to make that mistake again. Day 12✨I did this all the way through the flutter kicks and then I died. Wish me luck tomorrow💕 Day 13✨Today I had practice right before I did this so I was dying. But I struggled through the workout anyway. Wasn’t very pretty though Day 14✨I actually can’t believe that I did it. Today I did the whole workout with out stopping and without modifying!!! Week 2 Update✨I actually shocked. I definitely feel completely different while doing the workout. It’s gotten so much easier. And I also feel like I get a lot less bloated. I will definitely be incorporating this into my workouts from now on. I’ll let you n so if I continue to do this. ✨I challenge everyone to try this and to let me know how you do!!! If this can get to 100 likes before day 14. I’ll do a 30 minute all abs all Pamela workout. I’ll basically torture myself by doing a bunch of her Ab workouts for at least 30 minutes in a row. And the I’ll let you know how it goes. I’m really interested to see how I would do. But I don’t think I’ll have the motivation without you guys. So please help💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 Does anyone have any suggestions for another Ab workout that I can do with this one? I’m looking for more of a challenge but I don’t want it to take to long💕

i would reccomend pamelas 10 minute weighted ab workout it definitly helped me get more toned in the core! sami clarke has a good one and romee strijds is pretty good too! i would cut back on chloe tings ab workouts if you want that hourglass figure becuase she works the obliques a lot so the grow and gain muscle you dont want there! if you need anything else feel free to ask!

I’ve personally never been a big fan of Chloe Tings, I tried a few of her workouts a few months ago and just didn’t like them. I might try Romee Strijds tomorrow.

You have to crunch up higher than your usual crunch to keep your back on the mat. Its a killer but its worth it and it works for me. Keep your abs tight always.

I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

I had more results than w Alexis Ren's 10 min ab workout which is one of the most famous workout. But it's maybe depending on people, we're all different. :) I hope you'll have the results you want! ❤

DOING THIS UNTIL I SEE RESULTS so my abs are blurry but i can see a line growing in the middle below my breasts and i can also see this definition on the right and left sides! I've done several challenges from Chloe and Lily and so I decided to try Pamela's :) Day 1: really hard, I had to stop in almost every exercise because I'm not used to it yet. Day 2: I managed to do some exercises without having to stop but it was quite tiring I felt my abs a lot :) Day 3: with A LOT of effort I did some exercises until the end! Day 4: done ✅ I'm improving my endurance in some exercises day 5: forgot 😐 Day 6: Done ✅ Day 7: Done ✅ I can see a lot of difference :) and my movements have improved a lot !! Day 8: forgot 😐 Day 9: Done ✅ as i didn't do yesterday i did it twice today Day 10: omg my moves have improved a lot i'm very happy about it!!! Day 11: Done ✅ my moves improved so much on the starfish crunch right part !! (that part was killing me lol) Day 12: I decided to rest a little because it was Sunday 🙃 Day 13: Done ✅ I am very proud of myself for trying to resist us exercises more !! My moves have improved 100%! I'm so happy 😁😁😁 Day 14: Done ✅ I can see the results :)) Day 15: Done ✅ every day my movements improved more :) Day 16: I couldn't do it cuz I was away all day Day 17: Done ✅ lines are appearing like it's the first time I've been doing it Idk why but I think it's a good sign lol Day 18: can't do it because I was mentally tired :/ I wasn't in the mood to do it... I'm sorry Day 19: it was much better than yesterday and I even felt like it but my family decided to have a barbecue and I spent the whole day with them so... Day 20 : Done ✅ today i did it twice because i felt guilty for not having done us other days so i will make this video more than once a day to rewar, I would do it more often today but where I live it's very hot so the tired feeling comes faster Day 21: Done ✅ i can see the sixpack forming :))) tbh my stamina was supposed to improve a lot more but it's so hot 😩 my sweat can fill an entire pool, that's so disgusting lmfao

i’m gonna try this for one week day one: really hurt but ✅ day two: ✅ but my thighs hurt half way throughout the video, still kept going day three: ✅did it a little later than usual but hurt a little less than yesterday day four: ✅idk if i’m doing this right because my thighs hurt so much while doing the workout but i engaged my core more this time then yesterday day five: ✅ i do feel like i am getting stronger and can do the workout more efficiently (i forgot to do it yesterday ) day six: ✅ i didn’t feel as strong today but i did the ab crunch part good day seven:✅ it was hard as usual but i still made it through Conclusion of the week: I do recommend doing this workout because it makes my core feel more stronger and it made it a lil more flat than before. I will keep doing this workout because i want to see bigger results.

You’re not using your core clearly. Your quads aren’t supposed to hurt until your abs totally burned out. You can’t get a flat stomach by just doing these lower abs workouts....You cant spot reduce fat. You should be working your abs out 5 days out of the week not for 7. Do you research before you start doing something you clearly dont know what you’re talking about. I bet you don’t even know how to breathe through this

Guys, this workout did everything for my abs!!! I did it for 3 weeks once a day, and last week I just doubled it, I did two sets at once (usually at night), I didn't diet a lot (I made some healthy changes but nothing too serious) and lines are starting to appear and my stomach is flat! I really recommend this!!!!❤️

it is indeed brutal but in my own experience after doing this ABWO I didn't feel any post-workout pain in my belly which is nice. Will keep doing this hoping to see results.♥️

I only found out about her a few years back because of rebecca louise, her video then was the booty workout with the gym ball, damn it was so freaking hard. Through the years, I've seen how much Pamela adjusted, she made her workout more doable for the masses just because she can and because she wanted to help more people get fit. I never regretted subscribing to her channel. I think Chloe is more popular probably because her type of motivation is the preference of most people. I don't know, I never appreciated her way of speaking with her viewers. No hate, I just don't. I respect her continuous commitment to staying fit, that much I can say for Chloe. Maybe Pamela's quiet way of motivating her viewers did it. You know, she's got this charisma with or without using words. At least it's very persuasive for me.

mc kim yeah I remember her booty workout with gym ball 😅😅 and also her six pack abs workout. I think thats the only two she make that time hahaha. But I did her workout anyway and stick to it till now. Its worth it. I search another workout of her and she doesn’t have any other videos that time. hehehe. Her channel grow very fast.. very happy for her. 😊😊... and she’s a bet shy in the camera back then 😄😄.. seeing her growing is amazing..

Chloe’s workouts are more directed for beginners, it helps them start their journey, Pamela’s are a bit harder and require more endurance and strength most likely directed towards those who have more experience and she rarely talks. I think what ppl like abt chloes vids r that she does a little voiceover and tells them exactly how to do the exercise, which is why i see a lot of comments on here saying stuff abt how our backs are lifting from the ground and incorrect neck posture.

I’ve been doing this workout for Some time in the evening and it got a lot flatter. But if you really want to lose belly fat fast do it in the morning before you eat anything I lost so much more when i did that last week my belly got flatter everyday.

Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 3 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

I mean no time can't be an excuse and the effects are real.. I have really developed my shape and it gives me so much of happiness to look at it, it's so worth the pain,just do it guys, just do it!!!
