This is because when you align slow movements with deep, calm breathing, you enter into “rest and relaxation mode.” This is when you get out of your mind, into your body, and transform stress into vitality.
In this 6-minute routine, Lee Holden guides you in a gentle exercise to clear stress, anxiety, and feelings of “nervous tension.” You’ll also learn a Taoist practice to empty mental stress and connect to the nourishing energy of the earth.
