Thanks. I only brush my teeth at night after meals. Use tooth paste in tablet form. I use 3 type of brushes -Tooth brush -Sulcabrush -Proxabrush After that 15 min oil pulling. Before I did tooth flossing, now I do not do because it is difficult to do by yourself. Someone will have to do for you. For the last 4 years (after Covid-19) I didn’t go to dentist. I have no tooth complain at all.
