We. Keralites. Use lots of white. ,Red pumpkins . Every. Day .we make it as kutu cook. With lentils. add grated coconut with. Jeera. With rice this is add as side dish , with no spices and very little oil. This can pass as comfort. Food., of course it is not zero calorie

Sir green tea prefer panalama diet la in between la ? Good or bad ...suppose black coffee ila black tea prefer pana with suger add panikalama, ila without sugar la tha consume pananuma sir....plz reply sir.
