As a girl, I can say that the first impression of the author is that he is extremely handsome and healthy, with dimples, with well-developed skull bones and a wonderfull body, BUT: 1. yellowish shade of hair - saves on hairdresser, although he makes money from his looks. 2. too tight jacket of outdated cut - bad taste. can't hire even a cheap stylist, although he makes money from his looks. 3. a shirt that is too wide open - inadequate self-esteem + maybe not very smart. does not understand that one should brag subtly. So in my opinion, in the first place is the body and posture, in the second place is a smile and self-confidence (including reflected in clothes - the one who is trying too hard is not confident, do not forget about the element of negligence and the fact that clothes should suit the situation). That is the first impression in the first 5 seconds. From the second minute - there is nothing more important than brains. Even such a magnificent appearance as of the author of the video will not save if a person is stupid.

Hair looks great mate. On a personal note (from a makeup artist) if you got a tiny touch of facial bleach and lightened the brows for about 60 seconds it would give the complete illusion of a natural born blond.

Speaking from experience, if you have lighter eyebrows, don't underestimate the power of dying them darker. I've always had reddish blonde eyebrows. I dyed them a medium brown and literally everyone agreed that it was the right move. Suddenly, I was getting complimented (from strangers) on my looks a lot. Still not good at taking compliments, but they are definitely appreciated. Also, finding the right mustache/beard combo for your features is a powerful move too. I never was able to grow a mustache or beard until very recently (thank you, minoxidil!). But it can add to your style. It can almost act as natural makeup too. It can sharpen the look of your jawline or hide features you might not want to be seen. Anyways, just thought I'd add to this because these were kinda huge for me.

There is no best workout. Planet fitness is 20 bucks and anyone could afford that. Otherwise follow any home workout you find after using Google and keep doing that for 6 months to a year. Don't waste time switching programs every 2 weeks because you're unsure of what your doing. Choose one thing and keep doing it
