What if after one date and her showing signs of attraction to me that I didn’t catch. I first realized it after the date was over. It is mutual so I want to tell her but I’m afraid I lost my chance. Yesterday (two days after the date) I invited her to a restaurant next weekend, that she talked about and she really wanted to go to. She responded with “That sounds delicious, can I just find out during next week or a few days?” Is that an indirect no or do I still have a chance?

- Before starting weight lifting pushups, squats and pull ups should be done until you are confident with them all - (Remember that it should be 3 sets with 8-12 reps for all workouts and with time increase the weight load) Day 1 = Push -- Chest = - Benchpress, Incline Benchpress, Flexion Exercises - Flies, Cable Crossovers -- Shoulders = - Overhead Press - Lateral Raise - Reverse Flies -- Triceps = - Skull Crusher - Triceps Extension - Kickbacks Day 2 = Pull -- Back = - Lat Pull down - Rows - Pull Overs -- Biceps = - Curls Day 3 = Leg Day - Squats - Deadlifts - Lunges (Remember to add weight as you go onwards with 8-15 reps + 3 sets of each) Day 4 = Active rest day - Do an activity which involves your muscles but not too extensively like you would do in the gym. A cardio activity is to be done on this day. Swimming, Running etc. Something else you could do instead of cardio is to turn this day into abs day. Sit ups etc. that work the abs can be done.

As an obese 16 yr old kid, your not gonna lose all the fat within 2 months obviously, your expectations should be that you get lean in a minimum of 8 to 9 months, 2 months of being in a calorie deficit, lifting weights and doing a little cardio is gonna help lose max 10 kilos of fat, which is the absolute max ur gonna lose in two months, what I've been doing and seeing results is eating in a calorie deficit of 800 calories. I've lost 10 kilos so far in around 3 months, check your maintenance calories from a calorie calculator and eat 500 - 800 lower than your maintenance. You can even do 300 calories lower than your maintenance if it's too hard. Also remember that cardio is fuckin exhausting and boring as hell, and you honestly don't need to do a fuck ton of it like ppl think. If you go to a gym, 15 minutes of walking on an incline of 3 on a treadmill everyday after you're done working out will get the job done, Idk know much about exercise myself but I'm just sharing my experience and I 100% believe what I know to be true.
