Ingredients for 1 serving:
60 g fine old-fashined oats
1 tsp chia or basil seeds
80 ml milk + 3-4 strawberries (fresh or thawed)
80 g yoghurt
1-2 tbsp agave syrup (or other sweetener)
Topping:
Almond butter
Whole almonds
Dried strawberries
Chopped pistachios
Banana split overnight oats

½ banana + 100 ml milk + 1 tsp cocoa + 1 tsp hazelnut spread
80 g yoghurt

1 small carrot
