I think for like $660 I priced out this build but with a ryzen 7 2700X (with prism cooler) and a 500gb M2.0 SSD.

@@ohvid7296 ssd's are much faster than HDD's, hence why there are more expensive. you cant boot up windows and load games quicker than you would have on an original hard drive.

Hi - I haven't built a PC in many years. Planning to build this with my nephew as a project so he has a gaming PC. Do the parts come with necessary screws and cooling gel for between CPU and CPU Fan? You wont build this system now for that price thanks to Covid. Asus prime b450m-a is a bare bones motherboard for around $70 give or take. But it doesn't have wifi or bluetooth built in. But it does have rgb lighting

Me and my wife are heading over to Orlando, Florida on December 2nd, from the UK, there's a best buy, Walmart, and target over there, so my plan is to find these parts and build this exact gaming PC, I have $600 exact to spend too. Is it true that best buy do a price match policy over in the states? Thanks for the build video.

Yeah, Bestbuy does do Price Match, but you need to find it from the seller, Ex. Asus, MSI. Not a 3rd Party Seller

Pretty much going to be my build I went with the phanteks eclipse p300 red and black case since it has that nice red interior. I did however get the RX 570 4gb red devil gpu from powercolor which is fine for me since Im not looking to be doing anything above 1080p plus it looks super cool with the three fans on the gpu. I should be able to finish getting the rest of the stuff this year like ssd and ram. Can't wait :)

Hey there helpful vid! I'm currently in the process of building a new PC with the majority of these parts. Just one question, what are the deciding factors to look out for with regards to branding of different parts. i.e. RX590. There is this version which you have used 'PowerColor Red Dragon RX 590 8GB' for about $5 less than 'MSI RADEON RX 590 ARMOR 8G OC Graphics Card'. The only difference is the MSI one seems to have DDR6 RAM as opposed to DDR5 RAM. Why did you choose the brand you did? Thank you.

Zéparti would look into the different models of them as they all have pros and cons an different base clocks. MSI one has the frozr feature where the fans on the card do not start spinning until actually needed keeping the pc quiet except in intense gaming sessions. Personally wouldn’t recommend the single fan one unless you’re going for a mini atx build or have a small case.

@@yurif2884 it really is, i have the same stuff but a rx 570 and even the 570 is really good. I get around 150 fps in R6 on high settings and basically high settings 60fps on most games

What about streaming on twitch/mixer and VR? How much would this affect the frames?

It should support VR decently, however streaming amd encoders are apparently are not all that good for streaming but you can record gameplay well what games are you trying to stream.

Holy crap, I literally just finished this exact build this morning. The only difference is the case plus I added a 1tb Seagate Barracuda hd. My build was $390 with some used parts.

Check out the chart around 6:40, according to him, fortnite will run 93fps on ultra settings (the highest) and 128 on the next highest settings. I cannot confirm this but that's what he said. And if you turn off shadows altogether I would bet you can get 140fps or higher.

The Cougar MX330-G comes with one rear fan. Not an ideal cooling setup, but temperatures were adequate. Adding another fan or two to the front of case to intake air would help a bit.

Yep, that card will fit with this build with no problems. And, in most benchmarks I've seen, the 1660 Ti outperforms the RX 590 by a decent margin. So, it should give you a decent bump in performance.

Dude the parts come with three or four fans on their own. This build isnt exactly liquid cooling level stuff.
