I have since received a reply stating there are no issues even up to 50psi (which I am no where near). I have posted a video with logs showing stock Electric Diverter can hold 34 psi without issue as well, which is something to note

Nice. Do you run any aftermarket diverter valve? I am asking as Turbosmart claims it can only support 400hp while forge doesn’t state. I suspect my diverter valves are not holding boost

Hi Jeff, Currently, no aftermarket diverter valve. I have not noticed any boost drop. AMS doesnt run any aftermarket with their 10 second cla45 either far as I know. I will do some additional logging on the HPTuner Scan and watch the MAP values. To Clarify, Turbosmart is saying the stock Electric Diverter cant hold pressure for over 400hp (whatever that pressure might be?). Now, Depending on the year of your vehicle, pre-2016 came without any Diverter at all, which Id suggest is a must to add.

Yes. Mb600 with ams hpfp shd do 600+ at crank. I think most diverter valves for a45 won’t hold. I suspect mine leaks and leads to soft limp mode

@@laochek - Ill find out soon enough what the AW Hp and tq is... on the dyno. Yes, I expect over 600 crank hp. For your leak/limp mode, have you tried temporarily blocking off where the diverter / BOV is with a plate to remove the Diverter as a suspect item causing the leak?

nice, does the turbo blanket make a difference? I'm thinking of installing one but afraid it will retain too much heat in the turbo damaging it

The blanket makes a different with containing the heat where it needs to be - the turbo. reducing surrounding items cooler. @@m.j.r.productions6276 Thanks for the reply, I have read the information from PTP before. I just haven't seen many A/CLA/GLA45 owners with turbo blankets, so as long as it is beneficial I might get one fitted on mine too
