Great upgrade bang for buck. Bet it feels like a new car! These early Mustangs are great for mods. I always enjoy your vids. My 66 came with some really light and long front springs and heavy 1 1/8" anti sway bar. I've learned some guys purposely set their cars up that way to keep both a good ride and handling. I've changed to ".610" lowering springs for stance which lost some comfort but gained some back using 7/8" anti sway bar. Some body roll is desirable, so I'm told, to allow the suspension to change angle and dig-in to corners so to speak. Glad you found success!! Can't wait for your Turbo vid!

Great, just ordered one for my 68'. The original was something like 3/4 inch and it already looks flimsy; even though it is a small block

Thanks for sharing. I am also replacing my sway bar with the Scott Drake bar. I noticed that when lying the bar on a flat surface the distance form the flat surface to each eyelet is not the same. One eyelet measured 2" the other side was 2 1/4". This makes installation a little harder when the engine is not in the car, as the bushings on one side do not sit properly. Kentucky Mustang indicated that it's normal that the sides are slightly different as it creates the torsion for the bar to be effective. Did you notice a difference that one side was more difficult than the other? or one side was slightly uneven?

I’m installing new suspension on my 65 inline 6 mustang. Putting on the end links and noticed I dont have those cups for the lower control arm portion. Any idea what they’re called or what I could use as replacment?

What do you think about adding a panhard bar to the inline 6?

Cool, maybe a monte carlo bar would benefit u more if the old sway bar wasn't doing it for u. The upper strut tower monte bar will get on top of the situation.

So why are people down on Scott Drake?

Pretty sure on the bottom lower controll arm rubber bushing goes against the hole without the the cup. .
