It's good to see somebody who loves bench as much as I do. It's what has kept me going to the gym for the last 30 years. Everything else is just an accessory lift, lol :), Just hit 140kg last year. Hoping to hit 315 this year at a bodyweight of 170 to 175 pounds. A collaboration between you and Julius Maddox would be the stuff of legend!

You need to get used to the weights before you go max. If you go instantly to your max it feels like getting hit by a bus and will fail 99%, but if you go up slowly it feels like you are taking the stairs.... sounds weird I know...

You're gonna have those days fam !!! Especially being natural (technically you're not natural anymore because you hopped on trt) but still that's bare minimum inhacement and you just started it.... the fact you're attempt a almond 700 lb bench twice in one session is complete madness!!!! Unfortunately because you're 28 not 21 i think in order to chase that world record bench you are going to need to take more gear , you are already 0.1% of the population in strength you might as well hop on id say 3-4 things and send it ! Get that world record then hop off everything except trt 🤘🏻💪🏻👊🏻✊🏻

from what I've gathered it was because someone had made a video about how baker made a video "bullying" people smaller than him when in reality he was just humbling some one else who was bullying some one else only being able to lift a certain weight. regardless its a common trend in the fitness industry doing the "humbling" videos and often they are posted mostly with comedic effect and the person clearly took it out of context.

Very strong, very bad technique. You bench too high on your chest, way out if the strongest path and easy to lose its balance, that's why it came fell towards your face, your also rushing the decent, your thinking about ascent before the descent is complete, keep tighter on the descent and focus on having that bar in the perfect spot before you start thinking about the ascent.
