If you ever walk into the gym and wonder why your rowing machine is completely fucked it’s because the gym reaper has been for a casual back sesh 😂

Smart move on avoiding deadifts and squats. Put all your strength and energy into the bench press , why start chasing big squats and deadlifts which are risky to your body at this point im the game. You will always have some haters who criticize you about only benching , but you're the one with potential to break a world record, not them ! Stay focused , make every single workout focused around your bench press , every back and shoulder and arm workout make sure you're thinking of ways it will carry over to your press !!! I wanna see you win ! I love your personality bro lets get it!

2 core types of people in the gym: the strong, lean guys who are aesthetic and have impressive lifts then you get the mass monsters who can literal do ANY lift with ridiculous/max weight

The best bench presser i ever knew (in person) was my buddy Ben. He use to press 405 for 12 at 18 only like 2 years of lifting and didnt even use creatine like just a straight beast , he could press around 500 , no wrist wraps , elbow wraps or anything, no leg drive , just a monster , he use to preach to me , heavy skull crushers and heavy drips ! He always use to tell me the importance of doing heavy rows for a big back to support his bench , and forearms and biceps he did alot aswell , he also wasn't into squats or deadlifts because he didnt wanna risk a back injury. Anyway, i understand you are in a league of your own but if i could help at all then awesome (Also he stopped gyming and thats why he never passed 500)

Are you sure his advice wasn’t to not put an ounce of energy into legs and put it all into benching and you will get good at it?😂

@thebigdezshow8971 haha , I personally think he would have been amazing at those lifts aswell but this was 2009/2012 Era and around that time it wasn't as popular to deadlift or squat like it is now , he was just a stereo typical chest / bicep guy but I promise you he could have been a 700 lb bencher had he took gear hopped on a program and never stopped gyming... like I said he was pressing 405 for 12 reps at 18 with only 2 years if training and he was built like a Gorilla!! Work got in the way and life so he doesn't gym anymore and if he does it's only for like 2 months at a time then doesn't again for years , he's 32 now and hasn't gymmed seriously since like 21 so his time is over , but he had INSANE potential

@@2PodsinaPea dam bro that’s honestly insane. I’m 18 and been going for 3 years and I’m struggling to hit 225lbs. I’ve got a nice 500lbs deadlift though which genetically I’m build better for haha😂
