Beautiful! Except I would lose the veranda. Put all the bedrooms upstairs to open up more space downstairs. Then add a roof deck for outdoor living space.

This is the perfect sized home. Spacious with a beautiful design inside and out. Love the balcony as well! Big houses are a bunch of wasted space and rooms that are rarely used...more to clean, furnish and maintain.

This is why you should let your architect design your house if you want to get your money's worth

Nice house! I love the floating night stands & the built in desks in the bedrooms! The built in shelf in the shower & the bench on the balcony are nice too! I could be happy living there. I designed a house myself when I was younger, was thinking about it just the other day. Good video!

Beautiful house and nicely furnished. People who are concerned about its small size can always consider extending the house from one or more sides, as if you were to zoom it, keeping the same layout - if you like the design. Very well laid out and perfect for small and nuclear families.

There are some good ideas there, but you're missing a lot of things: where's the utility room? how would you wash/dry or hang up clothes? where does water / power / internet come in, where are the meters and the distribution board? where would you store brooms, vacuums, general household items of that nature? You have bedrooms for four people, but couch space in the "living room" for two. If you roll back with your chair in the bedrooms, you hit the beds. You have little space to store clothes or much of anything in the upstairs bedrooms. The stairs are 60cm wide, that's almost to narrow to walk up let alone carry anything up the stairs or get the furniture in. List of smaller things goes on. So to really make this a liveable house you would either need a basement, make it a 2 bedroom, get rid of the balcony or a combination of that.

Personally, I would make the 2 rooms bigger, and the outdoor patio smaller The black makes the house feel darker and smaller so lighter colors open it up
