This house has an open feeling I haven’t seen in most tiny houses. I’d need a bigger kitchen, and a pantry really would help me hide my collection of slow cookers 😊The upstairs should be a masters suite. Make the smaller bedroom an office. This really is a nice home!

This is your best one. I personally would make the entire upstairs a huge master suite, including putting the washer and dryer up there. Turn downstairs bath to half bath and figure out a pantry because I live alone and don't need extra bedrioms. But this layout is the best one yet!

For a compact tiny house it feels open and comfortable, love the foyer with storage and of course the reading nook and book case. Nice mud room off the garage over all a very livable cottage style approach.

I watch these home on TV KZfaq channel.I love most of the homes. some need more color pallets for the bedrooms.I love the open concept look ..I like the music in the background.This home is cute.The kitchen is a little to small for me.

I like this idea a lot. Cute touch having the little curved arch over the living room bumpout- it creates a cosy reading nook. And I like the bedrooms being upstairs for a bit more separation between private and visitor-friendly spaces. I also like that you have the long driveway with the garage at the back so it isn't the focus when you look at the house. A lot of homes in my city have a giant garage taking up most of the front of the house and it isn't very attractive looking. Nice design!

Screen in the front porch-don't like bugs. Put ends on the LR bookcase. Don't want to buy bookends. And a mantel on the fireplace to protect the TV from heat.

I love the entry way, the living room, love the shelves on each side of the fireplace with the look of block bricks, bigger then the regular bricks, the kitchen is magnificent, down the hallway, the bathroom with the corner shower, love corners, the laundry room or mud room to the garage,going up the stairs, the brick on that wall where the window is, the bathroom with that honeycomb look and I love the two bedrooms with the color Coronation, especially that little deck on top, also love light fixtures ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Yes, yes and yes. Great home design Mr Tran! There’s a place for everything and everything in its place. I love the reading/knitting alcove it looks so cozy and inviting. I love how you incorporated the windows in the second bedroom upstairs. Of course I would put a shower in upstairs but that’s just my preference. Lots of people like taking long hot soaking baths but at 73 I just can’t get up out of a tub anymore. Also I’m too antsy to sit there for any length of time. I also want to add that the outside of the home is very inviting and warm very pleasing to the eye. Another #1 hit on the design list😊😊😊😊

Love the entryway as always! A plus in my book. Plenty of natural light and flow throughout the design. Love the garage that come into laundry room. Kitchen/dining room has plenty of storage. Bedrooms are generous. The wrap around porch and balcony offer great use of outdoor living.👍👍👏✅💯😍 Great job!!!

Nice layout, but I prefer a patio or deck in the back of the house rather than a garage but if you did keep the garage in the back instead of a patio, then I would put the stairs in the back of the house a sliding glass door in the back and the garage and entrance to the side of the house.

Wow! This house is such a dream! Gorgeous inside and out and looks very easy to live in. Very high-end but cozy and relaxed. Craftsman, right? Seriously my favorite style. This is going to be a favorite that I re-watch, for sure. The porches and balcony are everything. Tiny suggestions only: Some natural ight in the upstairs bathroom (maybe a small octagonal window up high?) Door(s) in the garge leading to the back yard (extra points if it is toward the back of the garage and wide enough to bring a lawnmower inside the garage) A plain landing where the stairs turn would be safer than winders.

Lovely home! I would with make the downstairs bath a half bath and squeeze out a mother bath upstairs or bump out the bottom back wall and add a bedroom downstairs as well.

Очень разумная планировка👍 Разве что можно сократить террасу с парадного входа, но зато пристроить её к кухне или, по крайней мере, оборудовать выход из кухни в патио. Всё остальное мне очень нравится 💝

If you are no longer quite young, it may be more convenient to abandon the bay window in the living room and replace it with a small elevator. So you would get directly into the bedroom or use the room as a guest room or hobby room. For many, the stairs become too strenuous with age, but they are there in case the power fails. I like it a lot.

This house has some good features and two architectural oddities. The protuberance tacked on to the living room is unattractive and an unnecessary cost. The low windows in one bedroom would be more of a nuisance than a benefit. Surely there's a way to give the room a better window. Otherwise, the house is functional. The downstairs bath could be just a half bath, with the extra square footage added to the laundry room for pantry storage.

I'm only as far in as the living room. Do something to eliminate that bump out. Personally I would bring both walls out to form an outside corner. As is, there are 2 outside corners plus an inside corner. That adds cost and complexity to the footings, foundations, and walls, increasing cost and reducing usable space. Plus, anyone sitting on the left side of the sofa cannot see the person sitting in the chair. Not practical. One BIG and dangerous mistake. You have the dining area window opening into the garage. That cannot happen. It is not safe. Also, who wants to sit at the table looking into the garage? If you are going to block the entire view of the back garden, put the cooking area there with no window, and move the dining area forward so it has a window in the side wall. Better would be to have the garage separate from the house, connected by a breezeway so you gain light and garden space connected to the house.
