It's a shame that the living room is too small for more than one person to watch TV. Besides, the common fee of 3,600 to clean the pool and cut a small patch of lawn at the back. (Nice work if you can get it.)

@@yann7243 Financing will be double digits and the house is way overpriced. Also you cannot legally own land in Thailand unless you are Thai. Company ownership is not legal.

@@yann7243 If you have to ask this question, let me save you big money. Run away from buying property in Thailand or you will lose big. Double digit means interest rates 10% and higher, probably 15-18%. There is a company in Singapore that loans foreigners money which is what agents will recommend but they will charge huge rates. Always best to rent in Asia.

The house is beautiful, but the furnishings are ugly! You could argue that the new owner can furnish the house anyway he wants, but if you only live there part time, refurnishing the house would be a serious logistical challenge.
