Thought it was an advert for the UK Aldi, due to the narrators accent, then she started on about dollars and canned stuff. We have Pounds and tins.

I luv their lentil soup! Season the beans & add to Nacho's! Buy peaches in season 🍃 the chicken walked through the soup... The pink salmon is great in a Salad! Thanks for the opinions on some of the Aldi canned stuff. I don't have an Aldi store within a hundred miles, but love the Aldi brands generally. Refritos are always a crap-shoot. I don't like them except for strange attacks occasionally. Even then the flavor has to be ramped-up with salsa etc. Look up the history of Aldi on line for some interesting facts about Aldi-Sud and Aldi-Nord and Trader Joe's.

ALDI's is a great place to shop for food. Don't let this ad make u think the food at Aldi's isn't the best. Aldi's have great prices as well. I've been going to Aldi's since inception and so has my mother. People that talk about their food, probably don't know how to cook the food.

We have never been dissapointed with Aldi, or their products. Of course you only get what you pay for, but when you are living on a relatively low budget I think Aldi has a good balance between price and quality.

We shop in Aldi's 2-3 times a week and are happy with pretty much everything we've ever bought there (and save quite a lot on our food bill). I have to agree with their take on the Mandarin Oranges though. It's basically a can of water with a few orange "segments" thrown in. Be sure to try their 7-Up cake.

Inaccurate title for a start, half the vid is slagging the food the other is praising it. I buy from Aldi, Tescos, Morrisons and Sainsburys and can honestly say if it comes down to buying home brand products, stick with Aldi. Some of there stuff is really better than top mark brands, The cornflakes , Baked beans, The beer and spirits just to mention a few. Obviously another food channel sponsored by the big players who are losing a share of the market.

I do quite a lot of our shopping in Aldi. They DO sell some really good stuff. The wines, Spirits are absolutely fine and don’t make such a massive hole in your budget. Everyday basics are second to none! Also, who doesn’t like to have a rummage in the middle aisles? Don’t knock Aldi... it’s helped lots of families to eat a wider variety of food by keeping the prices so affordable!! 😊
