This video by no means covers the entire topic but will at least give you some of the differences between what Jehovah's Witnesses believe and mainstream Christianity. I became a true Christian during Quarantine and since I cannot go to church, I watch your videos.

They knocked on my door today. Could not answer my questions. Became irritated because I knew my Bible well. The saddest thing about the whole encounter is how hard they believe they have to work for salvation. The man said to me it is their "Obligation" to spread the gospel. I told him that it's a privilege for me to share the goodness of God.

Thank you…yes, it is clear. I shared with two witnesses this morning and Holy Spirit gave me His right words to share with them. It so important that we have His word hidden in our hearts. Everything they shared with me, the Lord’s truth about it welled up in my heart. I prayed that what I shared with them will not return void but accomplish God’s will in their lives.

Hi everyone. I believe it is important to remember that if we are ever presented with an opportunity to speak the truth to a Jehovah Witness, that we do so with an abundance of love. Our points should never be made with pride and arrogance. The true reason for speaking to them would not be an 'I'm right, you're wrong' situation, but to spread the word of God. Even if they assume a defensive position, which is very possible, you remain calm and exhibit love and peace. The enemy would surely try to create an environment of animosity to disrupt the message. So, be guarded. God bless you all.

I talk to JW so much about the Law and the Gospel, they have “blacklisted” me and my neighborhood. 🙌🏾 If I want to talk to them now, I have to chase them down. Every tongue will openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. -Phil.2:11. Amen and amen.

The closest friend I have who encouraged me to pray and get my life together again is a JW. Never attended their church but my friend was the most disciplined believer I know.

YHWA was the original text written in the bible. It was removed from the scripture during translation. YHWA is written without the vowels. If you put the vowels in you get Gods name. Lord and creator are just titles

My best friend is a Jehovahs Witness which makes me kinda sad that he’s part of what’s basically a cult 🙁

I received the book from JW that knock my door about 40 years ago several time. The book I read got my attention from beginning of this story of JW is that Jesus is second Adam that came to earth. I stop right there and called my mother who read the Bible daily and had Bible study with people from Christian church. My mother and I talked pretty long time and I was right because this is not true information. It make me think that Jesus is not God at all. I throw the book away and never want to see that book again but I tried to show that the scripture in revelation, but they just smile and realize that I will never change my faith with God. I once had a jehovahs witness lady and her 10-year-old daughter come to my door I would never slam the door on anyone as I'm firm in my faith in Jesus I'm not afraid of debate...so this lady asked me what God's name was my response was " HIS NAME IS JESUS ".and the ladies daughter became angrier than the mother...and tried to correct me...I will never forget the daughter's response and her angry facial expressions...the Bible says you will know them by their fruits!

My great grandmother was Jehovah Witness. She was very serious, stern, and so serious that only a few will be saved

My mother’s family are Jehovah’s Witnesses. I thank you for this teaching and opening other’s eyes. I appreciate your boldness and willingness. What we believe about The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit is so very very important!!!!!!! I pray for the people involved in this doctrine... it’s disheartening. We have to make sure we believe Gods record of His Son. And a lot of things they do are not from love but from works-based salvation. I pray those who have an ear will hear you Brother Allen.

As a former Jehovah witness, I can tell you misinterpreted quite a few things about Jehovah's witnesses believe. That said, I chose spirituality over religiosity. Religion and politics are the most divisive weapons Satan use to rattle the human race. Love Love Love, not Religion and political identity!

I’m not religious, nor do I personally believe in god. So I am not defending Jehovah Witnesses specifically. I grew up in and around JW, catholic, and Christian churches. So I have a bit of knowledge on all of them to different degrees. I will say that the corrections I’m going to go through were my personal experiences and what I was told in Bible studies. First in for most Jehovah’s Witnesses are simply another denomination of Christian. Whether or not you feel their beliefs are correct or incorrect is really personal opinion. Jehovah’s Witnesses do not believe that Jehovah is the only name that God can be called. They do use words like father Lord and God when referring to God. In fact almost every prayer I’ve ever heard them say start with the words Heavenly Father. I’ve never heard of Jehovah’s Witnesses believing Jesus was any other being or an Angel reincarnated. As far as I can remember they believed that Jesus was God‘s son and his own being all together. They did reject the idea of the holy trinity. They believe that God and Jesus were there own beings. Personally I always thought that the idea of of God sacrificing himself, to himself, too appease the rules that he invented was a little odd and kind of made the holy trinity seem far fetched. I personally do not remember what they believe happened directly after Jesus‘s resurrection but that’s really just my personal gap. They also don’t believe that God is a force. They do think of him as a conscious spirit or being. They do believe that Jesus will rule on earth as a paradise for the believers. They do also believe that 144,000 people will go to heaven just serve god. Because they see God and Jesus as two separate beings those two beliefs wouldn’t contradict him selves. Again this is just how it was talk to me I have family who are Jehovah’s Witnesses and I spent a lot of time around that church as I also did with the Christian church in the Catholic Church. I definitely am not an authority on any of these but if somebody with experience there were some things that were mentioned in your video that I felt were incorrect or at the very least one of us had a misunderstanding.

The last time JW's came to my door, I took a different approach. Rather than debating with them about all the various doctrines, I pointed out that they base their hope of eternal life on HAVING all the right doctrines (in their view), which is futile. The root problem with the world is not that people joined the wrong religion and believed the wrong religious doctrines. The root problem is SIN and the only solution is God's mercy attainable by way of Jesus crucifixion. Learning and studying good doctrine is important but is not the prerequisite to salvation. We as evangelicals also need to understand that we are not saved because we joined the right church with all the right teachings. We are saved because of God's mercy. This is what you should focus on when a JW comes to your door.

Hello I live in France. We have from time to time Jehovas witnesses who call at the house. I explain that I am french protestant.They are unfailingly polite and do not try to convert me.I respect their beliefs even though I do not share them.

I always tell them my salvation is secure and they should move along.

God has many tittles but only one name

I was raised a JW. My congregation only permitted those who were one of the 144k to take communion. As a kid, I recall thinking, “What makes her think she’s better than my mom?” Long story short, I became burn again at age 28.

Jehovah witnesses never mention that Jesus was raised as a spirit They never said that hell is a place were someone burns for a short period of time before he becomes completely wipe out. Your wrong about those points. And yes some people will live forever on earth (Psalms 37:9-11,28).

As a person who was raised JW..and who then, ..later....by the grace of Father God..escaped this cult..and with the indwelling of Holy Spirit.... And with His help..and through prayer and intercession of my fellow saints....came to turn my ife over to The Lordship of Jesus Christ..and who is now happily adopted into The True Body of Believers.. I must say that this is an accurate..thorough and easy to understand explanation of their false doctrines. Thank you.

Actually, a Jehovah's Witness called by phone yesterday. She kept going on about the Kingdom. But because I really don't know much about the differences between Jehovah's Witnesses and Christians, so I did what I could to say, No thanks, I think I'll stick to Christianity.

I came across The BEAT during quarantine, & these videos as well as watching the film “American Gospel” really opened my eyes to true Christianity. I adopted a lot of false teachings. A hint for #7: if you want to know who the 144,000 are, then turn to Revelation 14 where it mentions them for the second time. There’s a keyword there, “firstfruits”. Do a study in the word “firstfruits” throughout the rest of scripture, and you’ll see who the 144,000 are.

Also dear, one more thing, Jesus did all miracles not to prove himself, he did all to glorify God the father and and to reveal to people who is God the father and his characteristics and also to teach people about the kingdom of God

I like your teaching. It is good to refute false doctrine. I became involved with the JW's in 1973 and remember their teaching then that "even though no one can know the day or the hour. you can know the month and the year" of Christ's return. That month? October. The year? 1975. I never 'joined' but I did study to see firsthand what they believed. There were a lot of disappointed JW's when Jesus missed his appointment and the month/year went by. One of my favorite sccriptures is John 1:3. It is worded almost in legal terms. It says by Jesus all things were created and without him nothing was created that was created. It leaves no room for any other interpretation. Jesus was NOT created! (Edit) Also, when reading John 1:1, the English follows the Greek word for word until the last where it says "and the Word was God". The Greek reads, "and God was the Word"

Must also be understood that the JWs have had the Bible retranslated into the New World Translation to support their views since the Bible as written doesn't support them at all. Their book has removed sentences, changed, replaced words and added words to existing sentences to change the context of those sentences into something else that might be similar in meaning but not exact as Greek wording does. And their " scholars " added the indiffinate article " a " to John 1 to mean " a god " which supports their teaching that Jesus was another god. In Greek there in no indiffinate article " a ". There is a diffenant article " The " but not " a ". That addition of " a " to Scripture is arbitrarily included to make Jesus into something they want you to believe. Further Charles Tase Russel didn't believe the Bible as it didn't support his theology. His 7 books Study In Scripture is required reading for his group. Since he's done the " reading" of the Bible for you you don't need to read it yourself. I don't believe they are permitted to read anything unless it's approved by the group. You can't read Shakespeare, The Jungle Book, Charlotte's Web or even Bambi. For JWs it's all about control. You're not permitted to think on your own. Step outside their circle and you get shunned and everyone you know there treat you like you don't exist. Isolation is one of their tools to bring you back into line.

That's why I am non-denominational..... Follow the teachings of the bible and work out your own salvation!

I’ve been doing research about different religions out of pure curiosity and ngl after watching videos, reading articles, etc, the Jehovah Witness religion makes the most sense to me and idk if that’s good😬

I let two witnesses in my house. Wed chat about God n' life. They came over a few times, nice guys. However after the 4 or 5th time they came over they started to hammer their beliefs. Even trying to get me to read their book. I told them "I respect your religion, the Bible says i must. The Bible is the only book in mine. I'm not A Witness nor a Catholic. We all worship God in different ways. This isn't mine." Never saw them since. Sadly. Nice guys. Treat others with respect as well. At least offer them water.

Funny thing, I came to Christ ,and thru His will, because Jehovah Witnesses prompted me to really start reading the Bible. (Never really had...only verses here and there.) God truly changed my life during this time. They would come once a week and we would only discuss OT books as I had a little background and knew that their belief of Christ was not on point. This is also why I commit myself to donate full bibles to others because the OT is what truly opened my eyes to the gospel. I am eternally grateful that they came a-knocking during this season in my life.

The JW knocked on my door today 😬 the thing is, I was at that time reading the Bible, and I am a recently reborn Christian... When the sweet Lady asked me if I wanted to talk about the Bible, I could not lie because, in truth, I wanted. So I heard them. It was a delightful conversation, and they were adorable. But it is SO GOOD to have someone like you and Daniel explaining things that new Christians still don’t understand. No disrespect but you should do some more research and fine tune your delivery because it's clear your knowledge of the organization is limited.

Jehovah’s name will be declared again. He loves humanity and so does Jesus Christ our King, thanks to the sacrifice Jesus made we have the opportunity for a better life a second chance. We all have the option to make our own decisions you can either listen or not. Jehovah gave us the freedom to make our own decisions. He loves us and will always be there when we call up on his name in the name of Jesus Christ only because like Jesus said only through Jesús we can reach Jehovah our Heavenly Father. Jesus will soon rule the earth. Just know both Jehovah and Jesus will love humanity until infinite time and they will always be here for us. We have the freedom to believe in the truth or not. It is not enforced to anyone.

My wife is a Jehovah Witness even though she said she isn't anymore. We go back and forth fighting about it for over 30 years now.

When was Jerusalem and the temple destroyed? 587/6 BC as historians, archaeologists and scholars say or 607 BC as the Watchtower says? There is an old Latin phrase, _“Cui bono?,”_ which means “to whom is it a benefit?” Police use this test to consider who is a crime suspect and courts use it to consider who is guilty. Who benefits from the crime or from telling a lie? Historians, archaeologists and scholars, regardless of religious beliefs, are in agreement that “the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar II burned the city of Jerusalem and the First Temple with fire in 587/6 BC.”[1] But Jehovah’s Witness claim that all historians, archaeologists and scholars are wrong and that Jerusalem actually fell in 607 BC. _Cui bono?_ Who benefits from lying? There is no doctrine in Christianity or Judaism that has anything to do with the date of Jerusalem’s fall to the Babylonians. It doesn’t matter to Christian or Jewish theology when Jerusalem fell. It does matter to JW teaching and theology though. For Jehovah’s Witnesses, if Jerusalem didn’t fall in 607 then their calculations for 1914 are wrong, which means the Governing Body was not chosen in 1919, which means the whole foundation of the JW organization cumbles. The whole organization is dependent on 1914. _Cui bono?_ Who benefits from lying? Ironically, aside from the fact that Charles Taze Russell’s calculation of Daniel’s 70 weeks is wrong (70 weeks = 490 years, not 2520 years), he claimed that Jerusalem fell in 606, not 607. He said, “It was in B.C. 606, that God’s kingdom ended, the diadem was removed, and all the earth given up to the Gentiles. 2520 years from B.C. 606, will end in A.D. 1914.” This is wrong-2520 years from 606 BC is actually 1915 (there is no year zero). But JW’s had already built their entire foundation on 1914 so they couldn’t change that date, no, they had to go back and say that Jerusalem actually fell in 607 BC. So Russell claimed that Jerusalem fell in 606 BC. Historians, archaeologists and scholars claim it fell in 587/6 BC. The Watchtower says it fell in 607 BC. _Cui bono?_ Who benefits from lying? Ps. JW’s usually respond with the following: - King Cyrus allowed exiles to return in 537. Yes. That's not the question, that is a distraction. The question is, when was Jerusalem and the temple destroyed? - Tablet VAT4956 because they’ve been told that it supports their date. JW’s never check the sources that the Watchtower cites. If a JW were look up this artifact on the British Museum w3bsite they would find in the curators comments that the tablet talks about “Nebuchadnezzar’s first campaign against Jerusalem in 597 BC”-which means it supports 587/6 as the date for the destruction of Jerusalem. As a Jehovah Witness, I am absolutely offended. Not all Jehovah Witnesses refer to God as one name. Other witnesses may refer to God as many. Such as God, Heavenly Father, Lord, and our father, and so on and so fourth. Most of the facts that you’re listing are wrong. You need to do your research.

Lets say for example you are a youtuber, thats your work, you can be called a youtuber by others but thats jot your real name, you can also be a father and your kids will call you dad, but thats not your name, also yiur wife will call you maybe honey, but thats not your real name, you have your own specific name that you are comfortable in

Hi Allen, just want to share... I had a JW girlfriend when I was in college. I was not a Christian that time, I did a lot of things that I'm not proud of and she tried to change me according to their beliefs, I'm a musician and no matter how hard I try the relationship was not working at all. Now after several years, I'm married to a Christian woman that God blessed me with. I play at Church and I'm so much happier and grateful for what God has done and saved me from. Indeed his will works for the greater good. Praise God! 🙂

So your videos about their false beliefs have been informative when we interact with the families! However, it might be worth you editing the above video? 9:13-14 you say that you hold the seventh day Adventists as Christians - however in your part 1 and 2 video refuting them, you made it clear that their foundation and belief system is a perversion. Thank you so much for this!! My mom is a jehovah witness but she is miserable. Always stressed and her body is very weak. I did tell her about the 144,000 people truth and she couldn’t defend her own argument. She eventually agreed with me on this one.

Please!!! Do not be deceived!!! It's not about JW, it's not about The Beat, it's not about your church. It's about God. Let Him guide you.

That is why I don't trust the words of man, but rather trust in the words of God in the bible.

Witnesses also change various scriptures to support their shunning beliefs as well as other false beliefs. Their book is NOT the same as the Holy Bible throughout, only the parts they read when they are trying to hook you to join.

My two passions I have is Bible research and the guitar 🎸 and music 🎶! By doing this research I run into a lot of outlandish false teachers know what the scriptures says but ignore it to tell people what they want to hear in order to get wealth!

former survivor of the JW cult here...the critical thinking here is great. but as an atheist now...this critical thinking can easily be applied to whether christianity as a whole is right. I mean JW's got it wrong, so maybe...christianity could be wrong as well.....

jehovah is his name, father, lord etc are titles. like i we're not all sir and ma'am we all have names. the thing is we use our names with friends. we use titles on strangers

I can highly recommend Kingdom of the Cults which goes into greater depth about them including the fact Russel never earned the title of pastor. He gave it to himself having never attended seminary. Neither did Rutherford who took over when Russell died

I am a Jehovah witness, god only has one name and it is Jehovah that is his true real name, when we knock on your door, it’s to save you, it takes our time and effort to do this, we have to prepare and everything, it’s something we enjoy and because of us knocking on your door, we have had millions of people become Jehovah witnesses and they are all so much more happy, we help people more than you think

You should REALLY be careful on your teachings, especially when you are trying to debunk and dissuade people on something that you clearly have very little knowledge and understanding of. Why are you concerned with another religion anyway and trying to discourage others from? Should you not teach on what you actually know and are familiar with it? At the end of the day, when everything hits the fan, and we are clearly well on our way..the Bible says at Eze 25:17, that they will have to know that I am Jehovah. People will make their own decisions, and will have to suffer the consequences, it would be wise not to be a stumbling block based on incorrect teachings. 1. Jehovah is a NAME. The "names" you mentioned were only TITLES. - he can be referenced under many titles - like you can be referenced as "husband, son, brother" etc.. But none of those are your NAME.. so, you are incorrect in this statement. 2. Jesus himself said at John 6:38 that he came to do not his will, but the will of Him that sent him. If they were one in the same, would not they have the same will? John 14:28, Jesus himself says the Father is greater than him. If they are equal, how can one be greater than the other(s)- and it be plainly acknowledged by one who is to be apart of this. 3. Are you simply going to skip past Col 1:15, where it states he(Jesus) was the first born of all CREATION? Meaning he was created by a Creator.. And since God has always been, who clearly is that Creator? Also regarding Jesus not being a mere man, since he was able to perform miracles, Acts 5:12 states the apostles also performed many signs and wonders - yet they were men, who had been given the power to do so by God, just as Jesus was. 4. You are very incorrect with this statement. As they do not teach that. He allowed himself to be seen so that there would be a basis for faith as everyone clearly knew that he had died, and him being seen proved he had been raised up. 5. Concerning Jesus being an angel, angels only worship God. They do not worship other angels. Angels worship Jesus, therefore not an angel. Concerning the 144,000, revelation is explicit about them being virgin Jewish men. How many Jehovah's witnesses are virgins, or Jewish?

Contrary to your position, the seventh Day Adventists do not believe that hell is a place of temporary condemnation. We believe that hell is a place of total condemnation which lasts forever. We believe wholely on the teachings of the Bible

I used to study with the JWs long long ago but was never accepted bc I asked too many questions & challenged them on numerous occasions. Thus, I was never offered to join their fellowship. They drove me crazy enough, so I certainly did not need to be a member. I found them to be the cruelest people I’d ever met. When they decided they did not like you nor want you, the entire congregation gave you mean, cruel looks.. it was just the strangest I’ve ever seen people behave. When I decided to never return, I spent 2 or 3 years investigating them. What I found was horrendous at best-the teachings, the way they controlled lives, and dictated everything about their lives. I was so thankful to almighty Yahweh that they never accepted me. Whew 😅

I've been going to their meetings as a child and the last four years have been doing bible studies. I haven't gone through this whole video but after the first few "false teachings" , this is not what we have covered. I wonder if the youtuber has spoken to a JW . Fyi I was raised Catholic but I like the way JWs use the bible more for their teachings. I also read the bible quite a bit. Jehovah, says many times that one should not put anyone else first but him. To not commit idolatry. Jesus never claimed to be God. He cleared states he was sent by his father. Just read the Bible for yourself

Please pray for some of my family members in that cult , they encourage their members to not Associate with people that are not jehovahs witness and they disown their family members that arent jehovah witness as well, theres lots of deception in that cult.
