Your true personality is, your ability to mimic, and portray the traits of others that you admire. You're a collection of people that interest you and that you have a fondness for. You are selfless and that's not all that bad.

I agree with this, but some of what we do is learned through emotions, behavior and the environment around us. Which is why being careful of what I allow in to my mind in different situations is important. Also some of what we don't do is based on the effects of seeing others do those things.

My mother grew up with a neighbor who analyzed an individuals character solely based off their handwriting. My grandma married my step grandpa when my mother was 11 years old and this neighbor did a free analysis for each of them. Within my step-grandpas analysis it was revealed that he was narcissistic and had abusive tendencies, flash forward to my mother moving out of her house at the age of 16 to escape the abuse he inflicted on her. It is insane how handwriting can reveal so much.

Reading people is very simple. You just have to look at five basic things and make a mental list of of the information. This will usually give you a general idea about their identity, background and intentions. The indicators are , 1. Face, this is by far the most important place to look at. You can tell someone, age, ethnicity, mood and even what they are thinking to some extent by looking at their face. 2. Hands, hand gestures, accessories, twitching, and moving fingers in a certain way reveal a lot about their personality. 3. Feet, the kind of shoes they wear, the way they stand, and the way that tap their feet all are indicators of different personality traits 4. Clothing, The way we dress is by far the most basic and important form of self-expression. This is the easiest way to tell how simple or sophisticated, indoorsy or outgoing, easy-going or high maintenance someone is. 5. Posture, Someone's posture is a direct reflection of their confidence and what they believe about themselves . I devised this method by studying police manuals, airport security and lots and lots of trial and error. The best way to get good at reading people is to practise. I used to be a martial arts teacher, I've worked in sales for years so I've had plenty of time to hone this skill. It will be difficult in the beginning and you'll be wrong most of the time but with time you'll become a real-life Sherlock Holmes or James bond. I'm not saying that I'm there yet I still make a lot of wrong guesses. But, mastering anything is a journey, not a destination

That's false I'm an introvert.) 3) Daily routine (high agreeable, wash dishes and sing in the shower 😆 that's true) 4) Professional stress (view from a negative lense. Neurotic and highly agreeable. Yep that's true too.) 5) Walking style (slow with soft steps - introverted) 6) Hobbies (open people will be likely to take part in literature, art and aesthetic which is true about me). 7) Writing. @@otakumonkey , there are four types of introverts. Social, thinking, anxious and reserved. Social introverts are like the most extroverted among the four. 1. Clothing preference - Depends on mood. Sweat pants, baggy tshirts if depressed; non-formal buttoned shirts, pants, fedoras, sometimes a blazer if feeling good and confident. I enjoy my freedom, but I also enjoy mixing it up with a bit of order in my sense of fashion. 2. Shopping habits - I personally prefer to shop in person, but I'm an introvert. I've gotten much better at not to spend impulsively. I treat myself only once in a while. 3. Daily routines - I hate cleaning, but do it anyway. I admit, I'm not always an agreeable person. 4. Professional stress - View from negative lens. True. I worry over minute details sometimes. 5. Walking style - My steps are soft, but I walk fast (or slow if I'm depressed, hahaha). Still introverted. 6. Hobbies - I write and play music. I do enjoy opening up to new experiences. 7. Written words - My writing style is... all over the place. Sometimes it's vertical, sometimes it's (moderately) right-slanted. P2G never talked about moderate right slant handwriting, so idk what it means.

Clothing Preference is a bit hard pick. I just like how casual, secured, yet formal looking some colored clothing are. I tend to wear casual business clothing like polo/shirt/blouse with jeans or skirts. Most of the "going out" clothes in my wardrobe are that since those are hand-me-downs from my mother, but my preference for casual business clothes was way before she gave me these clothes. In rush days, I wear a colored polo or shirt with jeans, and if not, I wear a polo or shirt with a skirt, or if it's available in my wardrobe, I wear dresses. How I pick my dresses tends to scale on how it can cover my chests, the skirt should be knee-length or longer-- I tend to lean closer to skirts that are "flowy" or the kind that looks like it has a bloomer underneath. If a dress shows a lot of shoulders, I would resort to covering it up with a cardigan or blazer. I don't really care of these criteria if being "flashy" is mandatory in a formal setting like parties and events. I received a few comments from my classmates that I dress like a teacher; if I was left to choose an outfit combination outside of my mom's hand-me-downs, she would make comments saying I looked too old (because I would wear a really frilly, long-sleeved polo with a "formal" looking skirt; some schoolmates would mistaken me for being a teacher too whenever casual clothes are allowed in school. Well, I could say that I wear casual business clothing that have colors or embroidery. I've also preferred adding a small shoulder bag in my person.

In terms of writing, it looks like this also depends on your ethnicity or other factors because in my surrounding you can hardly see people writing in a left slant rather they prefer the right one. My friend writes in an extreme right slant and I have never seen her being an impulsive person or lacking self-control. Going further, there is either a correlation between the country and writing or this field is only in the process of discovering as different sources state opposite information

I think that something else that shows your true personality is the way you talk. Loud and straightforward = Someone who wants to get something done or is very determined Soft and subtle = Someone who doesn't really like to express their true feelings and would rather aggre with others Expressive and Chill = Someone who is very laid back and would rather go with the flow than change it Opposite gender and Different = Someone who wants to be the Opposite gender of themselves so they try to talk and/or sound like the Opposite gender Inspired and Taken = Someone who tries to talk like someone famous or someone that has a great personality or use of words, so they decide to copy it Sorry that took so long-

About number 7, I don’t write in print because I’m totally blind. So I either write in braille, or I use Voiceover on my Iphone. I don’t think blindness and other physical handicaps are talked about enough. Fun fact, if you have a physical handicap., it can cause mental health problems too.

1. Mixed style/preferences or how the weather is that day 2. Online if I can't(or know I can't) find something I'm looking for at stores 3. High agreeableness, I do chores if no one else does them or I feel like something needs to be done. Singing in the shower sometimes 4. Professional stress, I'm always gonna be viewing it from a negative lens💀 5. I walk fast with quiet steps 6. Open to experiences but sporty at the same time but not really- I like doing sports with others but I get too nervous about messing it up(volleyball) or I don't have the motivation to actually try or really get into the game😥 7. I write with small letters ig, trying to make my letters perfectly fit in the lines. Vertical slant

Hey, Psych2go? Would you mind doing a video on Autism vs Asperger syndrome? I feel like a lot of people can't tell the difference or miss it entirely, especially since I am on the extreme borderline of having Asperger syndrome. Hey, fellow autistic here originally diagnosed (age 10) with Asperger's syndrome. These days, Asperger's is put into the autism spectrum as the similarities are far greater than the differences, but it's the severities that vary between individuals. People might prefer different labels, but it's not wrong to be one or the other. In my eyes, however, they're both related to autism. :)

Honestly I found myself caught in the middle of a lot of these. I'm definitely an extrovert, but I only like to Ski, and I spend a lot of time indoors playing games with people online, or playing TTRPGs or reading. I have preferred professional clothes in the past, and I still have some sets, but I'm not career-oriented at all. I personally prefer shopping in real life because I like to see, feel, and touch my clothes before I buy them, but I also like buying clothes online, especially because it's a lot more convenient. I'm not particularly impulsive in my spending, though. I don't have a daily routine, at all, but I'm more of someone to plan events and such rather than doing domestic work. I'm pretty sure I'm pretty agreeable, though. Stresses in my work often just make me think negatively, like I'm not good enough if I don't get it done, and then I never do. I walk in fairly large strides, but my steps are quite light. My writing is written in a slight right slant, and I do it fairly quickly and larger than normal. I usually have small line spacing, and my i dots are often quite high. I write with a medium amount of pressure, and often connect some of my letters, mainly because I write so fast. I think I'm good at expressing my emotions and find it pretty easy, but it's not like I don't have any self-control or anything. So, that's me, and my take on me. Hope you enjoyed reading that paragraph about someone you don't know!

Looking down at my school workbooks and notebooks, I write slightly slanted left! I didn't even notice I do this often! (but then again I get my right confused with my left and my east confused with my south lol) Also when I was younger, as in early elementary range, when I was younger I was emo in about the first 3 years of elementary, I loved rock music, disliked school, and I even cussed... besides that is not the point, the point is I have changed a bunch over the years, especially over quarantine, compared to now, now I don't cuss at all, I despise rock music and prefer lofi, instrumental, jazz, pop, and k-pop music! I love school too! My personality has very much evolved over time!

Clothes style - Cheerful and slightly fashionable, mostly colorful with bold patterns. Shopping habits - I do not shop as much, but I mainly prefer malls over staying at home. Daily routine - I sing in the shower and I like working with children. Professional stress - Depending on the day, it’s either positive or negative, though I am more likely to procrastinate then the average person. The way I walk - Very bouncy and usually looks like I’m dancing. Hobbies - I enjoy trying new things, but I mostly draw, play music, act, read, and a lot of other things that allow me to be creative. Writing style - Messy and unique with big capital letters and small lowercase letters.

in middle school i was known in the class as the "quiet artsy kid", and everybody thought i have an extreme lack of confidence. i believed them without questioning, without even thinking about what i know about myself, so i was really surprised when i found out that writing in large letters usually means the person is confident, because i didn't (and i still don't) know anyone who writes bigger letters than me. this confused me a lot, because i always accepted the role of the shy loner, and this new information messed with the image of me that i had based on others opinions. now, many years later i know that my self confidence really wasn't that low as i let others make me believe, and i still find these little habits that tell a lot about your personality really interesting, especially handwriting!

I wear casual clothes, but I’m very organized and love to make handmade charts. I study a lot and work hard for school, and I admit I freak out when I don’t see an A on a paper. I feel like I can be strong and stubborn, and I’m not afraid to make my opinion known, whether it freaks people out or gets my heart racing. When I want something, I work hard to get it, I love to read adult level books even though I’m just a little younger than 12. It’s important to me that everybody has an opportunity to live the life they want. I do tease and poke fun at people, but when they tell me to stop in a serious way, I will. That’s kind of my personality, and I’ve struggled with having a good time in the past, but my love for horses, riding, writing, and reading has changed that.

I have a very "strong" personality - and I know myself very well. But one of the scariest things I've seen are the people who's entire personality changes depending on the people they're around. If they're around you, they'll mimic your personality. But when they're around different people, they act just like those people. They seem to have no set personality. I call them "salesmen" . Whatever you like, they like too, automatically , without hesitation. BEWARE of that kind of person
@Gen.Sun.
@Gen.Sun. Жыл бұрын
Yes, totally. Those types of people who are only mimicking and seem not to have a set personality could be very dangerous in nature. However, it should be made known that individuals can change slightly with each different group of people they are with and yet not be psychopaths. For example, if it is an individual's propensity to curse like a sailor with his friends, but he has a meeting in town hall the next day, it should not surprise you that he curses significantly less at the meeting than with his friends. People have different comfort levels with different groups of people and naturally change to suit the context. I believe this is actually rather healthy. But yes, you are correct. Those who completely change depending on the groups they are currently with are like venomous snakes and should be kept at arms length.

I’ve been struggling to find out my personality, but, most of the time I notice that I change myself due to the people around me, but when it’s someone I don’t know I tend to just stay quiet. Multiple of my friends have said I’m a “people pleaser” which I’m not quite sure what that means, but I think I have a good idea. (If you could elaborate that would be nice) I’m also pretty impulsive, and I find it hard to express my emotions around people, and if you know a website or something I could visit to help me with that, or just comment it, I would appreciate it. To be completely honest I sometimes find myself losing sleep over small things I think I did wrong in the past, and if they affected how people view me, and sometimes have a small panic attack. This probably isn’t good, but idk. I feel like I’m being a little too open, but who knows if this will help. But yeah, feel free to comment, or don’t, it’s up to you, I just would like a little input I guess.

hmmm same thing happened to me there's this guy makes me worries whatever i like about, and im worried what he'll think about it or what's what about it. but truly i just wanna be myself, like before.. not caring what people think about me and i think this could mean we care about their opinions, try not thinking whatever they'll think and distance yourself in them! well perhaps that's what your friend notices.. that you let people affects you still other people's opinions doesn't define you, but it's up to you if you let them do so.. learn to be alone but not lonely know you're never alone, feeling this way or anything! i think this could help being you.. like being in a room! there you can do or feel anything, without anyone's judgement "don't spend all your time trying to find yourself, spend your time creating yourself into a person you'll be proud of." i find it hard to just not blame myself at times, but remember that past is past, & your past mistake doesn't define you! i struggled with this too! are you a god's follower anyways? uhm or perhaps do you suffer from depression because it's one of the reasons why it's hard to vent what you're feeling in! well i found a test and it explains if you're a people pleaser too uhm you can try it out! psychologia.co/people-pleaser-quiz/ it's okay.. there are times sharing our feelings isn't that comfortable, and we think that mostly people wouldn't understand us. but know you're never alone in this. `this is just actually what i think about your situation and it's up to you what you'll do about it! goodluck anyways! and take care! :') & you matter.

people pleaser refers to how you make sure what you're doing or saying is ideal to the person you are talking to at that moment. You might try to help out a lot, and try to not bother others when you're not asked to. Basically when (how you mentioned) shift how you act for the thought of others that's called being a people pleaser. I tempt to become one when I meet my friend's parents, but I avoid engaging too much. So yeah that's what a people pleaser is

hey, it's alright not to be able to show your true emotions around people, I can't remember the last time I did so try to focus mainly on saying how when you're not very happy with something like 'mmm I don't know how to feel about that' and then maybe follow it by 'yeah, no.' it does depend on who you're around so don't rely on this :')

This video just further proves that Idk wtf to label myself and why I space out when answering questions like "tell me about yourself" 😂 I don't have many clothing preferences, as long as I look okay. I walk awkwardly and differently constantly (sometimes I hunch, then suddenly keep a straight body, sometimes I skip then suddenly I walk slowly, then sometimes faster and there's never any real consistency) And then there's the way I write. Most of the time, my writing is understandable, but it's also understandably ugly because my handwriting constantly changes styles every word, every sentence and sometimes even mid words. I have almost no original handwriting And I know this wasn't part of the list but I also have no real favourite genre of music. I like artists who has like 8 subgenres in their album 😂
