Simon I don't know if this is a mental model but how would you explain me what I am not able to explain you all. Idea - It's hard for me to watch this 12 min video at once and it might be easy for someone to watch an hour long. Here is the catch I am so actively involved in watching the video and it's like a ton of congnitive load on my mind. This is for me - I'll come back to video after 3hrs cause I have to work on something planned for this time slot

Having 3 months to complete a project and waiting until the final week is the most relatable part 😂 Great video Simon, and as always that filming and editing is awesome. 😉

Haha - even though that part was adjusted slightly to fit the video, it's actually a true story 😅 I guess we've all been there! Thanks man! Happy to hear you liked it.

This is some serious entrepreneurship wisdom! Also, love that ClickUp is your sponsor. I discovered them three years ago, and ran some of my systems on their business plan for a year. Really worth it. I think this is my reminder that I should keep using what works haha lastly, I really like the idea of MLP. Wouldn't the world be great if product designers focused on making their products not just acceptable, but loved? Great video man. Learning so much from you!

@@SimonHoiberg didn't realise they upgraded the docs feature into a full feature of its own. That was something I really wanted back when I was using it regularly because I'm quite dependant on Google Docs and I didn't like having to link externally. Man, I should really get back into it and see what else has been added. Great value on all fronts man!

Awesome video Simon, as always 🤩 You got me there with the first law at the beginning of the video, when I get no deadline it takes a lot of time for me to do what I was sent to do 😅

Awesome as always, love the content. We find the Flywheel Effect impacts most social media campaigns we have tried for new startups. We hope to reach out soon about a collaboration. Keep it up :)

Hey, I love your content. Could you explain how the CRM system helps your saas? I don't understand how CRM helps saas products, I understand CRM for sales teams and big organizations, but not for startups
@SimonHoiberg
@SimonHoiberg Жыл бұрын
Well, it's not exactly a CRM. It's a project management tool - and I use it to organize work 😊

Awesome content! You got a new subscriber! I do want to callout that the video you referenced at the end didn't show up within the video, it was just a blank column on the right of the video frame.

Thanks a lot, Max! Yeah, I know - it's a KZfaq glitch, it happens sometimes. Normally, if you refresh the page and play that last part back again, the video shows.

great video, Simon! I just have a quick question. If I am interested in coding my SaaS product on my own, which tech stack do you recommend-MEAN stack, MERN stack Or Python+Django+Flask? Or do you recommend I learn some other stack?
@SimonHoiberg
@SimonHoiberg 2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I think you should use what you're already most familiar with. If you're at a clean slate, I recommend picking this stack 😊 (I got a starter for you in this video as well). kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ibuah6yJlceVgIE.html
