I'm in my 60's and these types of excercises are perfect for me, gentle on my body yet work if one keeps it up daily, l've noticed a big change in my flexibility and muscle strength in the last few weeks and l'm far more confident with my balance and footing, l'm loving it... Thankyou.

In 60' how come you are still able to cope with this kind of exercise? The average 60+ person isn't able to walk properly. It's good that you are maintaining a good physique.

@@Viperdwarrior177 l disagree with your comment once over 60 most have trouble walking. I played sport most my life, work hard on my feet, try and stay in shape, eat well and try and maintain a healthy lifestyle. But that doesn't mean l have to cut out everything by going on some ridiculous fitness regime. I like a beer, l like a wine, l don't smoke and l'm a sucker for good home cooked food, but you do everything in moderation Yes l do suffer from arthritis every now and then plus have a few ailments from my previous sporting life but generally speaking l am still able to do almost all things l did when l was young. It's called attitude, aptitude and being motivated. Having the will to living a good healthy life and being honest with one's mental application in doing my best by staying in shape. I excercise everyday and with my work walk about 8 klms everyday... and l feel good within my own skin, l'm happy and wouldn't want to be dead for quids... All the best👍

@@Viperdwarrior177 That's defeatist! I'm 75 and just starting these. I'm glad I found them. I'll never again be in the shape I was in my 20's and 30's (or 40's and 50's....), but with the support of the wall, these are perfect for an older person.

No don't listen to stuff like this there are 1000s of study done that disprove spot reduction of body fat If you want to lose fat do cardio it's the fast way to burn fat if you want some decent information on fitness go to Renaissance periodization

If you start regularly doing exercises while listening to your favorite music, you become ashamed of overeating, etc. I don’t think there will be quick results, but I will continue 😉

для тех кто способен под нагрузкой проводить данные упражнения они не нужны для заявленных целей. для тех у кого пивной животик и слабые мышцы данный вид нагрузок крайне травмоопасный. так как нагрузка снята с основных крупных связок и мышц и перенесена на слабые сухожилия и второстепенные стабилизаторы.. Это также если в спортзале вы приседаете, тут приходит тренер и говорит. мол приседай с горбатой спиной, пусть позвоночник тоже потренируется под нагрузкой. Но одно дело если тренер рекомендует нагрузку в 50 кг для человека, который приседы делает по 200 кг. а другое если ты эту рекомендацию применяешь к себе, когда для тебя и на раз 50 кг уже героическое событие. Приведенные в видео нагрузки очень тяжелые и для всех не подходят.

If you want to lose belly fat, 1. reduce your carbohydrate intake. 2. Eat enough food sources of protein, which means adjusting it to your body weight, especially if you add weights more quickly, but it's simple, just reduce carbohydrates and eat enough protein foods.

7 days is bs.. it’s an ongoing thing. Iv added this on top of an already hard workout set. And it is helping to sculpt those small areas that just running and lifting don’t get to. But this is an add on set..not a cure all. I didn’t start seeing a small amount of change for two weeks. But it is working!

Although I didnt finish the week with the physical /musculoar build that the video suggested, id didnt think that i would as that was an unrealistic goal for ME! howevber your work out was great for motivating me to do exercises on a daily schedule which was part of my problem! And aqfter 2 weeks of doing your exercises i have lost a stone and i have shaped my muscles , especially in the stomach,, to a point where i no longer feel ashamed to do gardening in the sommer wirh my top off. I am also continuing with your work out on a daily schedule and the results are really begining to show! So thank you so much! AD INFERNO

The point is to exercise. Doing a full body workout is how your burn fat and yes you are corrext theres no way to specifically target belly fat due to the body focuses on burning fat from the body that has the least fat first before shedding parts if yhe body that have more fat.

They are okay exercises, especially the first one. I don't think anyone would believe it would work in 7 days. That's just a line to get you to view the video.

Belly fat is lost in the kitchen, by eating properly. These can help, along with much more exercise than this, daily. I will try these.

Not if you're insulin resistant it isn't! Most people who are overweight are Insulin Resistant; this is tackled by INTERMITTENT FASTING, not cutting calories

All these exercises will bring your muscles to a new level, but they will not get rid of excess weight. I observe that about 80% of the jocks in various gyms have problems with excess subcutaneous fat. They have great muscles, judging by the amount of work they do in the gym, but these muscles are not visible because of the fat. It's because they don't eat right.
