Just finished doing this following your 5 minute gentle walk to lower blood sugar. Will be doing this every evening from now on. Sooo relaxing and I just loved the graphics! Thanks for all your hard work and your generosity helping us achieve our goals. 😊❤❤❤

I had an overwhelming amount of work this week and Im about to start a series of meetings and presentations that trigger my anxiety while dealing with my PMS. Needed a way to cultivate selfcare without struggling too much. Thank you for this Lucy, loved the color palette and the images you used. I would LOVE to have more of these. Especially at Sundays in the weekly calendar ❤

I have been following your exercise program and advice for several years now and I am so grateful for your empathic workouts and stretches. It shows you really do care about others and I am very grateful for that. Oh, the graphics were a very nice touch; loved the pink clouds.

I usually do a 5 min standing yoga practice but thought I'd try this tonight. I feel so realaxed and my arms are sore. I don't do nearly enough upper body postures because I have lower back issues and tend to concentrate on that. Thank you so much Lucy, this will be my alternative nightly "practice". Much love 🩷

Thank you Lucy, this was just the kind of thing I was looking for. I spend a lot of time in bed or lying down because of severe head pain and failing all conventional treatment I am really trying to manage my pain through the mind-body connection. I needed something really gentle which is what you gave me here, but something that has made me feel more relaxed and it hit the spot! Thank you so much x

Hey Lucy! It's been a long time since I last did your workouts. I used to follow your videos in 2019. Now in 2024 I'm fat again and came back to get in shape. Just wanted you to know how helpful you've been through my journey. I'm really grateful. Also I wanted to request, can you please do a 7 day calves inches loss challenge? And a series 2 of 7 minute hips and thigh and 7 minute pear shape workout. I've watched other workouts on KZfaq but yours are beginner friendly and really effective. PLEASE make videos in these topics.

I've been doing this for almost 5 months now and I finally can do the hip circles without hanging on and I'm getting stronger everyday. This is the first thing I do in the morning before I do my chores, I've been injured so this is really helping get me moving again something simple thank you

This was calming. It allowed me to tap into what was upsetting me. Now I feel mentally clearer. I liked the visuals you placed in the video. When I opened my eyes at the beginning of the moves these visuals stayed in my mind when I closed my eyes. Thank you Lucy and love forever!❤

Thank you so much Lucy ~ I’m working on healing my nervous system and gut microbiome from a long illness. I am also doing your cholesterol 7 day 7 minute workout. I’ve gotten so weak and lost a lot of weight and of course muscle too. 😢 and now am ready to start building my strength back and calming the nervous system. It’s taking me quite a little while this time. I’m older now to. 65. And I have never been this ill so it’s taken Quite a toll on me emotionally, physically and mentally. I’m enjoying these two workouts very much and this is about all my body can handle right now until I get stronger. Bless you my sweet Lucy ❌⭕️❌⭕️

Im so looking forward to trying to build this into my day. I have very limiting M.E. and can't move much which is harming my mobility and flexibility so much but this looks doable and will hopefully help my joints and muscles feel less tight and sore.
