You made some good points Ron but like Riyas said it's hard to outsource writing for a new blog that makes little money when you are on a budget. Is it just an investment you have to take a risk on?

That’s fair and in the beginning, sure. But once you make anything at all, reinvest. Personally, I used my full-time job to help fund writers on my first site. I did that because I knew I’d never have enough time to write it all myself.

I think it’s worth investing in your business, but that doesn’t mean you HAVE to. If you want to write the first 20-30 yourself that’s fine, I just like to invest early to buy other people’s time to help it grow.

Outsource also depends on the subject. I would not trust a writer without any experience in my niche. My site is about trading card games. A writer may not want to invest hours of research. He or she may not actually understand the games and be unable to write a good article. I trust myself with this type of niche. Who do you credit as the author for the blog post? I've always credited the writer for any of my outsource articles. I don't feel comfortable crediting myself. I treat them as guest writers by listing them as the author. I like the idea of adding additional voices to my site.

If the information is something that could be researched, they may be able to make something good. In this case, if you have the funds to outsource, you could let them write and do the bulk of the work and step in as editor at the end to put your finishing touches and do a read-through. The credit depends on the arrangement with my writer. If it is 100% ghost writing, I will credit myself or the site "admin". If they are looking to get the credit, I'll credit them. It all depends.

Depends on the quality and target keyword. Frankly, one article can do this.
