March was a great month for my online business and I’m happy to see where things are heading. Revenue increased a good amount across multiple websites.
Overall, considering that my top site has been sold, I’m pretty excited at how well my online business is performing. My biggest fear once I sold my biggest site is that we would be in the red every month with our bills, but it doesn’t look to be that way.

@@OneHourProfessor totally get it. It's like losing a 25 lb mental weight! It's amazing how you can sell a web property for what a good house goes for. Curious what your thoughts are on a strategy of as you build two or three properties or websites eventually planning to sell one to build equity along the way... Of course with cash flow?

I have had a KZfaq channel about gardening for about a year and just recently started a website. Its a bit overwhelming but I'm excited to see what happens.

Don't be intimidated. It will take quite a bit of time to get the hang of things, but sites make more than KZfaq in most cases.

Hi Ron instead of naming the sites, site 1, stite 2 etc can you give some context. Eg saying site 3 is in the fitness niche isnt going to give much away but gives a lot of context for us. Even just the basics health, wealth and sex lol thanks

Hey Devan, For some of my sites this works, for others not so much. It's hard to explain why, but I have to keep them as anonymous as possible I think in order to protect myself and family. I used to get a LOT of copycats, so now I try to caution the other way.

Hey, nice video! I've watched a lot of your income reports, and it's good content. I just have a little question: What's the difference between informational pages and blog posts?

Typically informational pages are reference pages. For instance, if you had a website on digital marketing, appendix pages would be "informational pages" to me.

I cannot answer that question. Depends on what the monetization strategy is and how much traffic the article gets.
